  1. Usually I think nothing of a footballer in 'sex scandal shocker' type stories but this is incredible. They are there on behalf of Leicester's Thai owners partially trying to promote tourism there!
  2. Arsenal 2-0 West Brom Aston Villa 2-1Burnley Chelsea 4-0 Sunderland Crystal Palace 2-2 Swansea Everton 2-1 Spurs Hull 1-2 Man Utd Leicester 2-1 QPR Man City 3-2 Southampton Newcastle 1-1 West Ham Stoke 2-1 Liverpool
  3. This was their lineup against Everton: 13 Adrián 18 Jenkinson 19 Collins (Burke - 14' ) 02 Reid 03 Cresswell 16 Noble 08 Kouyaté 30 Song 11 Downing 24 Cole (de Carvalho - 70' ) 31 E Valencia Quite a few big units there, set pieces will be our downfall again I reckon. Second half on Saturday we got dominated by Karl Henry and Joey Barton, Kouyate and Song could play at walking pace and still steamroll us.
  4. Southampton 2-2 Aston Villa Burnley 0-1 Stoke QPR 1-2 Newcastle Spurs 1-1 Hull Sunderland 1-1 Leicester West Ham 1-2 Everton Liverpool 2-0 Crystal Palace Swansea 1-2 Man City Man Utd 2-2 Arsenal West Brom 0-2 Chelsea Arsenal 2-1 Sunderland

    Paul Dummett

Played well but ultimately still not a good enough first choice for me. A good performance from him looks even better than it should be compared to the shambles we usually have at the back.
  6. Sounds like a damning indictment of the Carvdew regime...
  7. Everton 1-1 Sunderland Aston Villa 3-1 West Ham Hull 2-1 Burnley Leicester 2-2 Southampton Newcastle 1-1 West Brom Stoke 1-1 Tottenham Crystal Palace 1-2 Man Utd Man City 4-1 QPR Chelsea 2-0 Liverpool Arsenal 3-1 Swansea
  8. Still more league goals than Riviere...
  9. Seem to remember similarly a few years back when the mackems were similarly just as shite that Pulis' stoke team scraped a dour 1-1 against 10 men.
  10. It's a Tony Pulis team playing away from home. We could have lost 20 in a row and he'd still come for the 0-0 draw. West Brom won't come flying out the blocks the same way Leicester did.
  11. Ah right, point still stands though. I don't think it does like Every match-going fan I've spoke to f***ing loves the lad. This is the only place I've seen consistent vitriol towards him. That's because most football fans would rather be told what they're seeing as opposed to actually interpreting events themselves. Colback has subsequently had a fantastic season because that's the narrative we're told by our 'manager' and by the media.

    John Carver

I feel for Carver. Yes he's way out of his depth and is clueless tacitly and tactically but if the players have any integrity they wouldn't put in performances as spineless as that. He's not wrong when he says if the players cared as much as he does we'd be fine. That still doesn't exclude his embarrassing conduct in the dugout or his ineptness in the dressing room.
  14. I'd say so, although you could obviously point to Fenton's goals in 1996 if you wanted to go further back as a huge turning point in our recent-ish history.
  15. Only signing Lee Bowyer in 2003. Two or three quality additions could have seen us win the league and from there who knows.
  16. Gameweek 35 Leicester 1-1 Newcastle Aston Villa 1-2 Everton Liverpool 3-1 QPR Sunderland 1-2 Southampton Swansea 2-1 Stoke West Ham 1-0 Burnley Man Utd 2-0 West Brom Chelsea 2-0 Crystal Palace Spurs 2-2 Man City Hull 1-3 Arsenal
  17. I quite like Pearson, but in a Wouldn't want him managing us kind of way. Think he's a semi-decent manager, even before this good run leicester never seemed out of games and they're always giving it a go.
  18. Southampton 1-0 Spurs Burnley 2-2 Leicester Crystal Palace 2-2 Hull Newcastle 1-1 Swansea QPR 2-1 West Ham Stoke 3-1 Sunderland West Brom 1-1 Liverpool Man City 2-0 Aston Villa Everton 1-2 Man Utd Arsenal 0-1 Chelsea Hull 1-2 Liverpool Leicester 1-2 Chelsea
  19. To be fair Glenn he finished SEVENTH once as Pards fans would say. But on a more serious note he did suffer from a ludicrous amount of injuries during the next season. To me still better than Pardew! Probably second best manager since Bobby left after Hughton.... Make you realise how long the rot has been on in this club (apart from that brief year and a half in the Championship). He rescued the horrendous season we were having under Souness to qualify for Europe and then the following season we were decimated by injuries like you say but came 13th. To be fair to Glenn as well, he resigned from his position so knew he'd been poor.
  20. If you're talking a decade even West Ham made it in 2006! As if to further strengthen your point!
  21. They lost to Chelsea in 2009 I think. Cahill scored after 1 minute. They also reached a Semi in 2012 or 2013 v Liverpool.

Sit in has been mentioned for Swansea.
  23. Ryan Taylor was far worse. I disagree. It was remarkable how much the game passed Taylor by. Gouffran was anonymous, Taylor was non-existent.
