    Sunderland

We were second best in every department. Never looked like scoring and the mackems had 2/3 chances to seal it. We can have no complaints whatsoever.
  2. Absolute bog standardly average 3-0 defeat, with lickitung telling us in the build up how we 'need a reaction'.
  3. Arsenal 2 v 2 Liverpool Everton 2 v 2 Southampton Leicester 1 v 0 West Ham Man Utd 3 v 0 Aston Villa Swansea 2 v 0 Hull West Brom 2 v 0 QPR Chelsea 2 v 0 Stoke Burnley 1 v 2 Spurs Sunderland 1 v 1 Newcastle Crystal Palace 0 v 2 Man City Aston Villa 2 v 1 QPR
  4. Don't mind the home or third kit. But as long as we're sponsored by Wonga you couldn't give me one.

    Rolando Aarons

He'll play a few games at the end of the season, sign a big money deal for 'Oil Rich Team' and then in 2018 sign for 'Your Club Here' telling everyone how much he wants to get his career back on track and make up for lost time.
  6. I think that part is in cheek to be fair. The rest of the article still reads like it was written by an eight year old though.
  7. Johnson to score in the 15th minute, only for him to come out after the game trying to convince everyone it was in the 16th.
  8. As if leaving your best player out can be in any way a positive move. Imagine Wales leaving Bale out because he doesn't track back? It's almost exactly like the Pardew/Ben-Arfa situation. Shocking.

    Steve McClaren

That Watford figure is especially misleading considering the carousel of transfers between the pozzo clubs.
  10. Man City 2-0 West Brom Aston Villa 1-1 Swansea Newcastle 0-2 Arsenal Southampton 2-0 Burnley Spurs 3-1 Leicester Stoke 2-1 Crystal Palace West Ham 1-1 Sunderland Liverpool 2-1 Man Utd Hull 0-3 Chelsea QPR 2-2 Everton
  11. Shawcross is excellent at the fundamentals of defending it's the rest of his game along with the idea that he's a leg-breaking clogger plus the fact that he plays for Stoke which hold him back.
  12. It's been pretty much established that his tongue is rarely touching his cheek...

Condensed for your pleasure. http://i.imgur.com/SSOIFSE.gif Incredible. You even managed to get the two in quick succession where it appears he has two tongues.

The heat map from gallowgate shots is probably the best smiley material.

If you add the club interview you're left with an average of about 4.5 LPM.

Incidentally it was 8 licks in just over a minute and a half in his Sky interview. Key stats for the day leave us with a 3-0 defeat, and an average of 4.4 LPM.
  20. Not only does this suspension rob us of our best centre half (which is a huge problem in itself) but also our biggest attacking threat this season in Janmaat (another huge problem) seeing as he'll probably be the one shifted across.

If anyone wants a summary of his BBC interview it was should have had a penalty, not sure about the red, pleased that Colback has returned, we're down to the bare bones, players didn't give up and a grand total of 12 licks in just under 3 minutes.
  22. This. It's refreshing to hear a manager of a club like Villa come out and say that he expects his team to win and to attack. Unlike talking up the opponents and saying we can't compete. Then setting up his team and instructing them to do just that instead of keeping it tight and hoping one of your better players can produce some magic.
