Thing is with that...they are two completely different games in terms of what you are and aren’t allowed to do. I don’t know why people bother. You gain advantage in rugby from smashing a man in half. You don’t in football as much and you aren’t supposed to be just twatting people - the premise is entirely different.

One thing that doesn’t get mentioned as often is the effort also put into the tone of these things; history, fan made designs openly coopted, positive messages, social conscience. There’s no slagging off others or any puerile anti Sunderland/other teams - because there must be appetite for it. That’s before you consider the sheer logistics of it all.
