  1. Get in. Thank god we've got a middle class lad like Isaac out there
  2. Burnley 2-1 West Ham Crystal Palace 0-3 Chelsea Man City 3-0 Stoke Spurs 1-0 Bournemouth Swansea 0-1 Huddersfield Watford 2-2 Arsenal Brighton 2-1 Everton Southampton 1-1 Newcastle Leicester 0-0 West Brom
  3. Doubt we hire someone until sometime next year. It's going to be Tab Ramos and hopefully some of our better youth talent for the next two international breaks
  4. Chicago's group is pretty large, can get over 20 for bigger matches. Too bad they meet at the worst football pub in the city.
  5. Sunil Gulati is the most culpable here, hiring Arena simply because he "knows CONCACAF," employing only nine full-time scouts to watch talent from a massive nation, among so many other systematic things wrong with USSF. Arena's post-match quotes about not making big changes are damning, too, there was no way he can be k.ept on.
  6. There’s not much evidence for that though. Of all the players who have returned from Europe, Bradley’s the only one who might realistically be playing in a top European league. Guzan and Altidore might be bouncing around the Eredivisie or Scotland. Howard was already finished, Dempsey came back before for the last World Cup and his form really hasn’t dropped for the U.S. since then, and Bedoya never really stuck even when he was in France. In fact, I’d argue that having more MLS-based players has elevated the play of the rest of the teams in the confederation relative to the U.S. and that’s what’s made a big difference this cycle. I'm pretty high right now, so I can't fully flesh out my opinion here, but Bradley was the biggest culprit. He's been awful for a few years now, and he's all we have in midfield except for some decent younger guys. I can understand why him and Altidore went back, or Gonzalez not leaving for Europe a few years ago, but when you're not testing yourself at the top level you're not going to progress. Fortunately the younger generation are taking risks in Europe right now and it's working out for them. You're right about Central American countries getting better because of MLS, definitely.
  7. Had kid of forgotten about this, but those guys completely regressing in their prime since going back MLS is a huge reason why we we're so bad.
  8. Always a good idea to play one center mid behind three attacking players when all you need is a draw
  9. Top 3 go to the World Cup, 4 plays Australia in the play-in
  10. Coloccini and Krul the season we finished 5th. Dummett I guess too, but you could debate that.
  11. No way you've never heard of Ray Hudson
  12. I'll help you if stuck Thanks, really appreciate that I'll be in touch closer to on-sale date if her family doesn't find anyone.

God that cold sore is incredible. Why didn't they just put off the photoshoot a week and let him do the fist pumps when it's gone
  15. Thanks, definitely will. Hoping my girlfriend's family in England knows someone, if not I expect some of the forum members will get a PM in a few months.
  16. Assuming I know how ticketing works over there. What is the likelihood tickets for the home match against Arsenal will go to general sale? Should I just find a member to purchase them for me when they initially go on sale?
