Liverpool appointed Richard Hughes from Bournemouth, where he was technical director for a decade prior to being appointed. I don't see why appointing someone from a club like Bournemouth is an issue if they're good at their job. Andy Howe has been here for 4 years now and there hasn't been any dynamic issues so far?

Personally I don't see 1 person being related to Eddie Howe as nepotism when there is no evidence that is what is in play, if there is a whole bunch of people related to Eddie being hired then sure, but one person seems a stretch to me, especially when you add in the fact he was Chief Scout at Bournemouth for over 5 years prior to being hired, so he's clearly good at his job.

When the new CEO comes in, i'm fairly certain they'll do some sort of review of the club in general to be honest. If it is Hopkinson, given the environment's he's come from, I doubt he'll put up with mediocre.

The hate Andy Howe gets really does confuse me, by all accounts, from articles i've read in the past, he's good at his job and as such has been given internal promotions because of it (Originally I think he came in as a transfer data analyst), its just he's being asked to do a job this summer that he's not equipped to do.
