  1. He’s playing Gateshead (Sage/Glasshouse) next Sunday. Tickets are £40/50+ 😬
  2. That little exchange between Willock and Gordon my pet hate. Willock underplays a simple pass and slows Gordon down. Gordon returns it and Willock isn’t even looking. Great position wasted and leads to a Fulham counterattack. Little details that until eradicated from our game will always keep us from the big boys.
  3. Probably not after Liverpool home game. Still haunts me now that switch

    Alexander Isak

Is it true he’s had his house broken into night of Everton game?

(Probably a better thread this) Wasn’t sure which thread to post the question so went for this one. Whats everyone’s thoughts on FA not charging Emma Haynes for her conduct at the weekend?
  8. I doubt it would protect City. If the rules come in they’ll not be able to cover historical breaches. They will be held to rules at that time.
  9. Will book the pitch this week. Currently looking like 7’s 90mins. Try and get KO for 10/10:30am so game will be finished no later than 12 latest. Hopefully get 10am and that gives us 30mins upstairs comfortable for post game refreshments and chat. Any first timers with any questions don’t be shy to ask.
  10. Am I the only one thinking the fear of collecting a booking has actually improved him and he’s using his brain much more and controlling his aggression at the right moments? Mind you you know he’ll pick up that booking just before his ban lapses the way our season has been Looking forward to see him play for us next season with a stronger squad around him battling again on hopefully four fronts again.
  11. Agree with this. Was like December again. Praying to be two goals clear before 65/70mins. The Burn goal would’ve killed it or Hall staying on might of got us over the line otherwise. Not sure Everton are safe if they get as expected another 6 point approx deduction mind. Will be tight.
  12. I agree. Hopefully when the new rule comes in next season (if it is true they are introducing it) there will at least be a satisfactory and quick decision IMO and hopefully more goals being allowed that are currently being disallowed leaving a very unsatisfying feeling afterwards.
  13. Just seen the studio footage. You all know what I think and my preferred ruling is but even a sensible compromise is just draw the line on feet only. Preferably the back foot for as much leeway as possible but would’ve stood with either it seems looking at the freeze frame. All this shoulder, arm, head stuff is awful. The delay at the ground is killing the game.
  14. I think you’ve got to allow for the fact we are trying to expend as little energy as possible as unlike the opposition we’ve not much in the way of legs to bring on. Game plan was fine but wasted some good chances.
  15. One of the weakest keepers I’ve ever seen. Crisp packet hands. Is this an April fool’s?
  16. Just reading back some of thread from the winner. Why was referee getting so much stick? Don’t recall him getting much wrong and let the game flow pretty well.
  17. This week. Home advantage lost but was actually better than I thought. Still not a fan as part of football is the home/away nature of the battle.
  18. And we have “football” fans complaining about the “Wenger” offside rule …
  19. West Ham’s biggest threat when I’ve seen them always seems to be aerially especially from corners so I’d imagine he’d go with Burn. He’s never struggled against Bowen previously but that was pre back injury admittedly. Will be an interesting decision as always at LB.

    Papiss Cissé

That’s what I’ve just said but Pardew revert Ba back centrally following season to try and keep him happy before he left anyway.

    Sven Botman

Totally. Was surely his thinking when he decided to nurse it.
  22. No wonder the atmosphere at the grounds these days is so poor with all this negativity. Honestly man enjoy the ride and don’t believe all the tittle tattle. Would hate to have to sit beside some of you at the game 🤣 We’ve seen with the relatively modest sale of ASM how much that can open up our budget as well as having greater scope this summer already by not buying in the winter. We only need to buy a couple of players a window which probably suites EH methodology anyway. Lets try and get 7th first 󠀠🤞🏻
