I see Kalvin Phillips got hooked at HT. Apparently had another mare. Not sure what people thought he’d bring to us after little to no game time for two years and even less hunger to achieve. Don’t wish ill on him as probably a nice lad but glad we never went near him.

Always wanted us to sign him as a Longstaff replacement.

Will be interesting when we get our 80k stadium if that will take fans away due to being offered an either or situation. Or if a totally separate fanbase will grow.

I don’t think they classed the Cup Final incident a foul. It was the fact the block was made by an offside player. On the corner he wasn’t offside when blocking so I don’t see how they could even make the argument if they decide to in the studio.

Was just committed. Understand the disappointment of a player coming back from injury to get injured in the game but it was a nothing challenge. The fall was probably was what injured him rather than the contact.

Yes you are right no one knows exactly what their plans are and even then their plans will of probably been revised with rule changes but they spent £1 billion plus £300 million to buy us after a 2 year campaign/fight so think its safe to say they are here for a long while yet. I think they have much greater patience then many give them credit for.

Been interesting to read everyone’s replies. Was genuinely wondering if I had missed something. Interesting that no one seems to of met him or spoke to him face to face. Speak as you find but came across him in Philadelphia very very briefly and seemed just a normal fan enjoying his hobby as opposed to Adam P who seemed quite aloof though I’ll excuse him as I’m guessing he is a little neurodiverse (like us all) so handles social situations a bit awkwardly. Think TE is retired so just enjoying his hobbie/life post RAF career and not chasing any money. Never find him pretending to know stuff others do. Seems to stick to quite a factual routine of trying to interview people who know better than the average joe to give an informative view on things on the small handful of clips I’ve watched. Never engaged with him or even see him on X. Just the odd YT clip is recommended. I’ve heard his wife is a program seller (?) and she’s apparently been getting a lot of grief about him pre-match. Anyone know anything about that?
