Vickery was saying he’s not that close to making a Man City squad. Thought for the league Danillo (Forest new signing) would fit well and was quite a coup for them. Describing him you wonder if we should’ve took a gamble on him.

In fairness it didn’t take the Chelsea fans long either. Feel like he’s a bad fit for this league. Can’t handle the physical nature of it.

It’s the new rules though since Xmas. Unless clear and obvious they won’t re ref the game. Replays show that he possibly got a toe on the ball as it went off in that direction. Wasn’t a stone wall penalty.

They’d be on shaky grounds if they didn’t as being a ST holder is being a member. The cost is included on top of paying in advance for every game. Or a family member or a friend ?

Who do you all think we’ve lined up? No way in our position we are going into the second half of the league and a winnable two legged Cup Semi without a third striker. Especially with the recent fitness records of our 1st and 2nd choices.

I’d also add and remind people no EPL club wanted to sell us a forward and we’re dicking us about by hinting they would then moving goalposts etc and wasting our time and causing havoc whilst we allocated the rest of the budget on other signings so the only forward we could buy is one with a release clause so the club couldn’t prevent it and also with someone willing to join the club in deep relegation trouble. EH wanted premier league experience, excellent fitness record and great attitude which is what we got and it worked. Job done. You could argue we could’ve shopped abroad that window for a striker but then you could argue that might of backfired and it also wasn’t what EH wanted to work with. People still questioning the Wood signing are beyond help in my eyes now ?

Usually it’s Gateshead at the Power League in Low Teams not far from Dunston. Good pitch’s with plenty of availability and parking so ideal for arranging at fairly short notice with a bar and viewing balcony for spectators. There has been some talk of trying the new place which name escapes me… Newcastle Academy? Which is a rooftop pitch I believe. Pitch layout not as good and parking limited and at a charge and currently tricky to book at short notice. It is however somewhere different from the norm but I personally don’t know much about it. This probably needs merging with previous thread admins @Rich if possible. @Marko NUFCHows your plans looking for travelling over from Croatia again so we can start locking in some potential dates? Presuming it will be one of the home games Man Utd Southampton Spurs…

Bit harsh. Was perfectly fine in the championship and never looked that much out of his depth when standing in when needed and never kicked up a fuss when dropped. Fulfilled his role well. Dubravka was a better keeper but he cost twice as much and his wages were bigger so you’d expect him to be wasn’t really wanting to compare him against anyone. Darlow 12th Vs 11th Dubravka

Darlow has been a good signing. Caused no trouble and never let us down. Good luck to the lad if as it sounds he’s on his way.

STs cost includes a membership. So guess they’ve got to have the same benefits. It minimises rogue fans using memberships for away fans for certain games (eg Liverpool a few year back) as if seats traced back to STs they’ve more to lose if any bother. Nothing stopping paying for more than one membership (without ST) when they were on sale. That’s the best logic I can come up with ?

No it wasn’t. It read alternative seat. If they are saying STs can buy an extra ticket it should’ve read additional seat. Everything I’ve received from the club suggests it’s 1 ticket per person only this time.

Bruno definitely run it off a few minutes initially and looked ok again then he started struggling again. Don’t recall EH saying he made a mistake just that it was a difficult decision as the player wanted to continue and ideally he’d get to HT to access it calmly and a player knows his body better than anyone else. If it was a concussion he would’ve took the decision out of the player’s hands was what I recall him saying.

Isn’t Dudek the ex Liverpool goalkeeper and teammate of his the technical director of the Poland national team? Think that’s how he’s being offered the gig.
