Dare I say it like ASM under EH. Grealish has been average overall for Man City. That’s not to say he’s an average player which seems to be what people are struggling to make the distinction between. As @geordie_b said he’s had one poor season (I don’t think anyone can argue that?) and his second season started off slowly but ended very well in the home straight albeit in the Final of the ECL and this years CS the other day he wasn’t anything special again. I don’t disagree he’d probably get into most teams in the league as if you get into Man City’s then it goes without saying. However I do think he’d “look” possibly a better player elsewhere.

The tone was set within 30 seconds. Start of the second half if we take one of our chances then it could’ve been a different game but more we pushed the more vulnerable we looked on the counter. One thing that was noticeable was how many decisions they got off the ref. I’m never one to make much comment on refs but that day they were throwing themselves to the ground at every opportunity. It was so frustrating in the ground watching the ref buy it every time.

Mind you regarding Wilson he has an excellent record in his career against Villa and I know EH does think about things like that also.

There should be a maximum squad size so a one in one out basis. Also no loans but that’s a different and bigger debate.

You’ve completely missed my point. When people are paying to go to the game whoever it is whatever the club they are generally getting sick of time wasting and cheating. I can validate it by saying I go so not only do I get frustrated with it but everyone seemingly sitting around me. This has grown as time wasting has increased and at the same time prices have. So that’s a no you don’t pay anything to watch football ? I doubt it as it’s a phrase I use rarely but when I see fit. I’m sick of time wasting and cheating in the game. As the price of games goes up I’d like to think the amount of football played doesn’t decline but it has. Not sure what the big problem you have is. We’ve went from 1 sub to 5 sub in a relatively short space of time with the bench size being massively increased. If my team loses because of it so be it. I’m a football fan and I want to see football played. The length of the game doesn’t greatly affect a teams style of play. Every team has had its styles before all this killing time came into play all with success. If Luton aren’t good enough they’ll get relegated. I’d suggest they decide to try and stay in the league by adding a little more than Ross Barkley or they just take their chances with their home form knowing the money has at least improved their stadium going forward. If you want achievement and competition then you stay at Spurs. If you want to win trophies before you hang your boots up why go somewhere not as guaranteed? German league is probably the most prestigious of the guaranteed options and also with Tuchel surely they must fancy their chances for the ECL this season.
