This game reminds me a bit when we lost to them in Wembley.
-
Who you dropping. hmm, hadnt realised it was an XI thought people were just nominating the best games for certain players. Id drop asprilla for Beardsley tbh. Hmm, one was in Division Two, one in the Champions League v Barca. It was 5-0 for the record.

That's the way it should be. If you kick it out for the other team's player to get treatment you should expect it back but if you kick the ball out for your own team then you shouldn't get it back a you can then time waste.

Cardiff is a good night out. You should have no problems unless you look for it. Was there when we beat them 1-2 and post match their fans were fine.
-
Hart would've saved that

It's a foul. Not a Yellow. What Shawcross did against Demari Gray is a yellow.

The Martinez one? Textbook yellow card IMO What's a textbook foul and and text book yellow?

It's the litter that's my biggest bugbear Absolutely no need.

Was similar the first time under KD. Fans were drinking on the path outside the bars and as soon as there was a momentary overspill onto the road the police waded in.

I've noted a physical decline on the few occasions I've watched Stoke. Could be argued he'd be still a good organiser.
-
He was never available tbh. Allardyce was playing us. If we had of went in at the very start of January when he wasn't getting a game and handed hippo heed more coin for his kitty then we'd have got him - instead we did our usual and p*ssed about! As I said in the other games thread on Monday night - we'd be comfortably up now. This is how I see it.

Someone from my school took Beardsley and nufc to court over unfair treatment by him. Ross Gardner was his name. Anymore detail regarding the unfair treatment issues?

Cant see it going ahead Called off.

Our manager knew that.

There's a big difference between misjudging a foul and ignorance about a fairly basic law of the game. Particularly when it seems that the fourth official was trying to help him out. That's what the fuss is about. Whatever you think about their competence, referees at that level are dedicated individuals, and the bloke must be feeling crap. He will have devoted a major part of his life to reaching that level. Luckily for him, it didn't affect the result. I think you've took what I've said a little too literally What I was trying to point out that no one seemed to of mentioned from the few pages I read was that it wasn't a penalty in the first place.
-
Just watched the highlights. I'm not sure which is the bigger error. Penalty cancellation or the fact he gave a penalty in the first place. Nice goal and it looked liked we were playing at a higher tempo than of late.

My friend who's a South Shields fan reckon they are taking around 15000 to Wembley. Excellent.

I quite like this take on it

There are little to no coal mines left in this country and in particular the region Neville is from so therefore he's just wandering around on the peripheral of things is how I'd read it. Basically just hanging around.
-
If you watch it it's just in jest with them both having a giggle.
-
That's a terribly out of touch comment. I think you've both misunderstood what he's meaning.

Within 20mins should be safe but otherwise they'd have to collar an official manning the larger wood doors I'd say. That's all based on pure guesswork I may add
