I really rate Chilwell. He’s not the most exciting player but he’s extremely reliable (when fit) both defensively and further up the pitch

I don’t really have an issue with people giving encouragement, e.g “send it wide, line” etc. Doesn’t have to be like you’re taking the manager role on but if it’s done in an encouraging way then it’s just another way of getting involved.
