I’d be extremely worried if that’s what every game looked like for us and I know we got battered off Brighton and Man City outplayed us but we made Liverpool shit themselves for over half the game and they’re a very good side. We beat Villa 5-1 and played very well second half. We’ve drawn a game away in the champions league against the incumbent semi-finalists. We had our backs to the wall for large sections of the match and created fuck all. It’s all going to change against Sheffield United. Even Brentford are a very difficult side to play against, very organised, extremely good defensively with lots of physical beasts in their defence and midfield. We’ll be playing good stuff very soon

Not sure what his top speed is like but his acceleration is not great and that’s more important for a wide man really

I don’t mean that he doesn’t muscle or physical strength. I mean he’s not an athlete with incredible stamina or pace. He’s particularly slow for a wide player but his ability on the ball is good enough to compensate for it

He’s so far away from being an LB, he’s a great option behind Botman if Botman picks up an injury at CB

It’s a fair point, his technique is very good and it has to be because he’s physically probably the poorest attacking player in the first team

Really think we’ll look a different side once we have Hall in and match fit. We are so hampered in developing attacks down our left side. It’ll be transformative when Hall is up to speed
