It’s going to be win, I think most likely a convincing one which will be sobering for Liverpool and gnasher
-
Didn’t realise Mike Dean was so thick. This is a bit like Prince Andrew thinking he was going to clear his name by telling everyone he doesn’t sweat. Absolutely disaster of a referee and should have no place in the game anymore
-
Targett at Fulham makes sense but more so as first choice rather than back up. No word of Robinson being off?

I agree that his attitude was much better than many we’ve had. He wasn’t toxic or anything so that shouldn’t be discounted but he just wasn’t able to play anywhere near the level he needed to when he was with us. A perfect example of us signing a cast off who was finished by the time he came here

Think Alan Smith was one of the worst players I remember for us. Genuinely was awful. Rivière is the worst striker that I can recall in my lifetime. Obertan was an appalling footballer, perhaps had the worst technique I can think of from a winger that has played for us

Turning this off now, about as boring an end to a game as you can imagine to come

Awful game for a neutral. Luton move the ball so slowly, can’t blame them as they don’t have the players but it’s going to be Chelsea mounting attack after attack with Luton occasionally getting forward but doing it so slowly that they have no options
-
Going to be an ugly as fuck season for Luton
-
That would be a perfect move for everyone if his body can hold up

Clearly more than good enough for that level and could easily play for a bottom 8 side in the PL at least in a squad role. His attitude is obviously an issue due to him being sidelined twice. Main hope is that he plays well enough to force a permanent move through to a struggling PL team

Where are you based Kocunar?

Good deal for both clubs, try and sort your career out lad
-
He did look a lot less dangerous last season but he has started this season looking better than at any point last season, bit like Sterling has too

I think this is the most plausible scenario. Can’t see the Saudi domestic league ever becoming the most popular league. However, there’ll be a lot of top clubs that will like the money on offer from a Saudi-led super league. I think it’s almost guaranteed that SA will aim for that, what would stop it from happening? National leagues blocking entry to their clubs? Football is already ruined financially in lots of ways but if that came to pass I think I’d struggle to stay interested

Lifting debate that will be used again and again. Fairly confident that Charlie Adam is thick as shit and has zero capacity for intelligent thought
-
Completely agree, it’s been abused for well over a decade, principally by Chelsea
-
What a shit

Pretty much easy street for Man City these days, almost any player will agree terms with them, they have the finances to pay for any player so it’s really just a case of seeing what position they need then getting them in after they’ve established themselves as an outstanding player

Prediction for the season, Burn turns in some solid performances, Hall struggles to get a look in save for late sub appearances. Hall plays in some European / PL games during heavy fixture periods and plays really well. He also plays in the cup games and looks good. Burn’s season starts to taper off and many all screaming for Hall to get in the team ahead of Burn. Towards the end of the season he usurps Burn and is our starting LB for the final couple of months

Champions League 2023/2024: Group F (Newcastle, Milan, Dortmund, PSG)

I like yours and @Yorkie’s confidence. I think we’re going on surprise teams in Europe and I would love us to go on a run but I’m really not going to have an issue if we don’t progress far. Anything we achieve is a massive bonus. I want our performances to be good and I expect them to be but I’m just over the moon that we’re back -

This year in the CL is about enjoying it with no expectation, I’d prefer we get some big teams and even if we lose a number of games, one win would feel amazing at this point -
Was that this window? I feel like I remember a link to him but it seems so long ago that I thought it was the winter window
