Watkins is done. His form is awful at the moment so that makes it look even worse but even if he was on form he’s never getting close to the sort of numbers and impact he’s made in the last few seasons
-
Aye, you played well. Did not deserve to lose that. Probably deserved to win it over a draw
-
He’s absolutely bullied Yoro twice
-
Best player in the league currently and top three in the league without a doubt over a longer period
-
Should have done a double swap, they’re playing a player short with Sesko on
-
Bet they wish they’d cashed out. Amirite lads?
-
In fairness to Man U, they’ve moved the ball nicely in attack, excellent tempo
-
Neville dropping some serious shade on Ugarte there, all fair though
-
Sesko’s having a complete disaster of a season
-
Drury close to tears that that didn’t go in
-
Will be fascinating to see what he goes for

We’ve entered a new era of refereeing. Current era - Dont make a decision on the pitch so the match can be re-refereed by a VAR official. It’s fucking pathetic and another reason why VAR needs binning. These refs have far too much power already. Sort out VAR and sanction refs that dont actually make decisions on the pitch. It’s ruined football

Haven’t watched the clips back but from where I was standing, Ramsey’s challenge on Palmer should never have been given as a free kick for their goal. The Gordon penalty incident is not even up for debate. Aside from that the Barnes pull back should have been given and a ton of other mistakes make it the worst full 90mins refereeing performance I can remember. Needs to be shot with shit and told where the fucking door is

Personally would be very surprised if we hear any major updates in the next 6 months. I have no sources but the Saudi way appears to be to kick the can
-
There’s a Chelsea fan that’s posted on our board saying they massively got away with the penalty call on Gordon. 90%+ of football fans know that’s a penalty. Just give yourself a rest, it’s a Sunday. Have a Fårikål and a Lapskaus and call it quits
-
Honestly man, you’re not helping yourself. Liverpool and Man United have historically got more biased decisions in their favour than any other club, by a significant margin. As IP says, this is likely down to the massive media scrutiny for these clubs and power that the cartel clubs hold over the league. Referees will feel a conscious or sub-conscious desire to not make decisions that are controversial against those clubs because it means they’ll be hauled over the coals more. You screw over a Wolves or a Brentford or a Burnley and there’s no media focus and no power from those clubs. This is simple stuff man

I already think he’s our best player. It’s a toss up between him and Tonali but I think it’s Hall personally
-
It’s an utter garbage phrase used because everyone gets bad and good decisions. However, there is an incredible inequality to the volume of good and bad decisions so almost everything in football and in life “never evens out”. Some people get absolutely fucked over in their lives from day one with unlucky events and some people breeze through from day one with lucky events. It doesn’t even out
-
It’s a sad life, I’ll give you that
-
Completely disagree, he’s very good technically. He can take the ball in tight situations under pressure and find a yard very easily because of his technique, he can carry the ball better than almost anyone else in the side and we’ll see it loads before the season ends
-
Aye, that one wasnt a pen and I wouldn’t have argued for it if had been us in Foden’s position. The penalty incident today on Gordon is up there with the worst on-field and VAR combos I’ve seen this season
-
It doesn’t really get more stonewall than that. It’s absolutely fucking sickening and impossible to argue against negligence / corruption
