  1. Agree with this, the next evolution is this but it’ll take years. Tino is that type of player, Bruno obviously is. I think Miley could be that player but let’s see how he develops
  2. Brandt is absolutely class
  3. We do, in the videos he was saying the players weren’t trying wasn’t he?
  4. There’s no doubt whatsoever about his technique from what I’ve seen, mentally, he seems very mature too. The key is all about development, some players stall but under Howe I’d expect him to keep progressing. Not sure exactly what type of midfielder he’s going to be, my extremely uniformed eye on him would be that I expect him to be a Merino type with creativity rather than a crunching tackler box-to-boxer
  5. Fair play that the fan I owned it. It was the bare minimum but there are still a lot of people who would have just skulked off without a word. Hopefully decided to save himself some cash and improve his life by cutting down on the drink and drugs

    Lewis Hall

    Defensively, he is fantastic (Burn)

    Joelinton

What’s interesting is that the way he plays centrally should mean that he’d be a good target man, but something just isnt right about him up front, it’s like he just doesn’t have any instincts for it. Whereas in the middle he’s generally a battering ram
  8. For all Trippier’s last few performances have been noticeably poorer than his general level, slagging off any of our players is a disgrace. Slagging off our second or third most consistent player and possibly our most important player, especially for team togetherness is just embarrassing man. Find a different sport to watch or just stay in your bedroom sniffing coke while crying about how shit your life is
  9. Give the fan a ban, what a wanker. As if we need idiots like that taking tickets away from others
  10. Howay man, that’s just nonsense. Joelinton and Willock have had injuries and probably aren’t absolutely match fit, certainly not for multiple games a week at highest intensity. Almiron runs himself into the ground every game and we saw that he can’t sustain that today without an injury. Trippier is clearly absolutely shattered, both physically and mentally. He has played the most minutes while also going away on international duty. Gordon has done the most sprints out of anyone in the league I’m sure. This idea that athletes can be robots is utter shite
  11. He looked pretty livid at the end there, not I think at the players but maybe more so at the situation we’ve ended up in
  12. I think he could play as one in a Vardy role, but only if we played either counter attacking football or moved the ball extremely quickly going forward and kept sliding him in. He has the pace to lose his man behind the lines and to run through on goal. I think that’s his only major strength as a striker though
  13. Feel sorry for Eddie. He had no choices really with his lineup, minimal at best. Worse than that though, the players who did get fielded were either broken from too many minutes or from not being match fit
  14. Really love how he takes the ball and uses his quality technique and awareness to go into space. He’s already clearly more of a natural footballer than Jow and Longstaff in midfield, just lacking in years and being physically fully ready
  15. Which we will, provided we’re not fielding a team of corpses at that point
  16. Think it’s because we’ve had to abandon our nonstop press because everyone is totally fucked. Even earlier in the season, we’d dropped the intensity in order to manage the load
  17. Thank fuck for Gordon, great pass from Willock
  18. Our team has zero shape and control going forwards. Fuck’s sake, Trippier is absolutely done in mentally
  19. That was grim but we’re just done in. This international break needs to come before we’re forced to field little Jimmy no legs from the u-11s
  20. Are we waiting to hear sanctions on Arteta or have they been brushed under the carpet? Despite being the most egregious attacks on officials ever without substance
  21. Going to be watching on Sky via Now TV but might not be able to watch live as I’ll be doing bedtime wound down activities and bedtime with my daughters. If I cast it to my TV from my phone and pause it at the start of the match then come back to watch it in full from 7:30pm, will that work and play from where I’ve paused it? Or does it only play as a live broadcast?
  22. Looking forward to Tino putting in a MotM performance again
  23. Is this sharing of information from PGMOL and the Premier league panel the same thing or are they separate? And is this the first season where there’s been this much communication back to the fans about appraisals of referee’s performances? I personally think it’s a good thing. The more that accountability or culpability is highlighted I don’t think it will necessarily reduce human error but I think it will reduce bias if they know that every game will be reviewed and shared in a similar manner
