  2. Shit signing, tbh. Has looked poor whenever I've seen him and most Villa fans are amazed that they were able to offload him for £5m.
  3. We've rarely seen peak Sissoko in a Newcastle kit and people think it's because he's lazy or actually just a s*** player. He's clearly a talented footballer, but if I had to play alongside absolute dogshit for three years, under the "leadership" of Pardew, Carver, and McClaren like he has, I'd be more than a little miffed as well. The times that he has attempted to make things happen on his own, he gets hounded out when it inevitably fails. Despite most of the other worthless c***s in the squad standing put doing f*** all, dicks in hand, tongues wagging. It's clear that Sissoko wants away, but I'll never understand fans who bitch and bitch about how poorly run the club is and then hound out a player who doesn't want to play for such a shithouse operation.

Keith Downie ‏@SkySports_Keith Davide Santon's move to Sunderland is OFF, after negotiations between the two clubs failed to reach a positive conclusion.
  5. I'll still remember him fondly. A joy to watch at his best, and more good memories than bad in an era of almost ever-present mitigating factors. He's undoubtedly been a player in decline for at least a couple of years, but he's also been scapegoated far too often.
  6. Sad to see him go tbh. Hope his replacement is considerably better than Grant Hanley.
  7. Will enjoy watching him regress next season.

  12. Don't care about Shelvey being dropped but the inclusion of Colback is a terrible decision.

  15. He was, and is, pretty shit. Passable as part of a well-organised team and a functioning back four providing he doesn't venture forward often (if at all).
  16. Erratic as fuck, terrible decision making and positioning at times. Might be a handy player in the championship.
  17. Dogshit. Cheers Steve.

  19. . Despite being more versatile due to being better technically, I suspect the same is true of Wijnaldum as well.

  21. . Very encouraged by the impression Rafa has made in a short space of time. Greater organisation/solidity/spiritedness was the most noticeable improvement (limiting Leicester to one shot on target with the back four we put out is no mean feat), but in patches I thought our buildup play showed greater promise/potential than it has under previous managers, albeit with the types of growing pains (e.g. players not always being on the same wavelength) which you would expect from a team in tactical transition. You could even see the effect of those one-touch Madrid drills on a few occasions when we broke forward.
  22. Came in here to post this. Would love to see more of him at CM in the weeks ahead.
