Maybe so but I have the feeling that it will be a case of 'losing' the battle this time, but winning the war eventually. He's already got his crony on the board and it's only a matter of time they reveal something worse. Only time will tell, I suppose. But with those lot, who knows what kind of devious schemes they are hatching right now.

It will likely lead to more beneficial terms to him in the long run. There's no way he'd give away the naming rights at a loss. As if we don't already know SD is his priority in everything.
-
Doubt we will sign any striker (or player fwiw) in January. There's already one MIA as it stands.
-
Yup, centre of gravity too high.

Nah, it was just "Remy Cabella". Using "Cabella Underwear" turns up these though. http://i.imgur.com/SugrNAO.jpg http://i.imgur.com/blgFXPS.jpg?1 You have to seriously question his fashion sense.
-
You measure him man? The f*** comparisons are running here? Just look up pictures of him standing next to other players at Newcastle or France, he's 1.71/5 foot 7 man http://i.imgur.com/YBdydBr.png Remy's a big lad tbf. We will just have to wait for TCD to measure him.

So if he works hard and impresses he might make it to the level he was at 2 years ago before he joined our academy of career death. Well, there's a lot of things we can't undo and this is not a defence of the regime by any means. The only option we have for the poor sod is to start somewhere better than reserves matches. If we have the choice of a loan offer from a League One club or wait for a Championship loan to materialise, I rather we send him out to Yeovil for a month or two and see if he generates any Championship interest, and go from there.
-
If a League One club is the only one interested in loaning him, let him go and get some game time instead of reserves football. He's never getting a chance in the first team as it stands. He'd get a loan move to a Championship club if he impresses anyway.

Better than rotting here. There are too many players ahead of him atm. A year or two in the lower divisions won't hurt him at this point.

Looks maroon to me.

They had Maxwell there too iirc. Pienaar as a wide option if they go their traditional 4-3-3.

Was not included in 25-man PL squad and has now suffered medial ligament damage.

Called up to the Algeria squad for the ACON qualifiers.

Mansour is not as trigger-happy as Abramovich. Doubt Pellegrini will be sacked after winning two trophies in his first year. Besides, who else is there to hire as their new manager?
-
One day, hopefully, he’ll play for us.

Where does Smalling fit in there? Not many top CBs for sale atm. Even Arsenal are having the same problem. Vlaar as a stop-gap with PL experience and having worked with LVG might not be the worst option.
