I hate Palace because of Pardew as much as anyone else. I get that we dislike the Palace fans because initially they thought we had mistreat him, and had delusions of grandeur, stuff their press will of rammed down their throats. There are always excuses for new players coming into a side, if they don't particularly have a good game it could be down to not knowing his new team mates, not being match fit, pressure, nerves etc etc. With all that in mind I thought he was excellent, not only going forward but defensively too, the aerial challenge at the back post that saw him need treatment, a few of our previous fullbacks that would of been a free header. I thought it looked obvious he was going to China, I know it didn't happen in January but we were in desperate times. I just see the same thing happening with Tiote as what happened with Cisse, out of the blue signs for Chinese Club. Not saying he wouldn't be useful, we currently have Anita, Shelvey, Saivet, Colback who could play there and maybe young Hayden is his replacement?
