I feel blessed that we had him here and got to see him. His skill was breathtaking and had me out of my seat more than any other player since Ginola. That for me is priceless and his impact on my life has left much more of a legacy than most other players. If that’s wasted chances then let’s have a few more players ‘waste’ their chances please.

What time in January? That was literally a couple of weeks. With like 3 people trying to do it. With clickbait journalists stirring the pot all the while, winding folk up. Im actually amazed we got the amount of deals done that we did in that time. It was fantastic work.

We’re a much bigger club and had PL parachute payments which helped. Derby don’t have any of that. We’ll see I guess.
