Agree with this. He seems heavy footed at times. Or like he’s been struck down with the Titus Bramble “what’s for tea tonight” brain fart. Then he comes back round to reality and starts moving again. Might just be tired after getting through a POWER™️ of running. He has been immense since missing a game or two with injury. His energy levels, pace and ability to get in the right areas both sides of the pitch. Are so important to us as a team and are something I reckon I took for granted.

Yeah. I thought we were far more hostile than usual. Every goal kick De Gea was getting shit. He was probably only taking a touch longer than average at times. Especially when keepers look to go short, then send the defenders up when it’s not on. But like you say, Ten Hag drew so much attention to it. That the fans responded and got stuck in on every goal kick.

Different story if he didn’t finally score and manage to win. But I feel like he was arguably our MOTM, in the end. As good as Bruno is. That is just a standard performance for him. Such are the levels he has set. Willock, Trippier, ASM and Botman all had better games, I thought.
