Hate the cunt. Every week it looks like the controller has been disconnected and this twat is standing still with no batteries. Or just wandering around aimlessly. Should be barbecued.
-
Shola, Colback, Smith, Butt, S Taylor. They all spring to mind straight away Obertan seemed to play way more than he should have. May have only been 10 games, TBH. But in my mind, I remember him regularly playing, often keeping HBA out the team and 10 games is probably too many.

That diagonal free kick where we just booted it off. Honestly, the ‘tactics’ are worse than under any manager I can remember. Bar maybe Allardyce.

Isn’t the arbitration case going to take something daft like 18-24 months? Wasn’t it delayed in starting? Due to the club appealing the appointment of the judge and saying he would be biased... I’m sure I remember reading and hearing that from a couple of legal eagles Unless the Premier League has a change of heart. I don’t see how this is going through any time soon.

Agree with this. Shelvey seems undroppable, mind. Despite being one of our worst performers this season.

Do other managers talk about food all the while in their pressers

Is the general consensus now that Bruce will be staying next season, possibly even get a new deal. Should we manage to stay in the league? I think I'd rather we were relegated. Just to be on the safe side.

Te... Tell you what. Tell you what. It’s nine and a half thousand pounds.
-
Not sure why. But Keegan being described as 'curry flavour' made me chuckle I might be wrong, but is it not favour?

I just listened to the latest one. Some Irish fella was on and he was much more interesting to listen to than Waugh or Caulkin. I don't actually mind, either. But I do agree, that the lack of criticism levelled at Bruce is so annoying. They'll half get stuck into players, the set up, the tactics and whatever else. But they rarely seem to point out, that Bruce is responsible for most of it. Agree on the host. Just constantly reading out shit ads and also skirting round any firm opinion on anything.
-
They’ll, as in Ashley and Charnley. Not ‘they’ as in Caulkin and Waugh. Just to clear that up. Not that arsed by Caulkin, FWIW. Especially after hearing him a few times on that podcast. He’s decent enough, I guess. Comparing Waugh to Ryder seems a bit harsh. He seems a far better journalist, speaker and writer. Probably why the Athletic poached him and not Ryder or Douglas.

I can 100% see them sticking with Bruce if/when we get relegated. I think it was someone like Caulkin or Waugh touched on it a few weeks back. They’ll think he’s the ‘right man’ for that division. As he has experience of being a shit manager at that level, as well as the Prem. Plus he got a few promotions and close calls over the years. Oh and he’s cheap and they don’t want to pay him compo.

Just listened to Alex's bit on 5 Live. I like Richards, but he came across badly. Never really had a point, just didn't want to criticise his mate. As for Sutton.... Well, we all know what a whopper he is. But he was just making points for the sake of an argument and was just wasting valuable air time with nonsense. When we could have been listening to Alex, who came across very well, by the way. Going into more detail about how poor we are under Bruce. Chappers was pretty good. Actually challenged the 'experts' on some of their views. Not sure who the Rory fella was, but he also 'got it.' Shut down Sutton for yet another one of his inane points, which was particularly enjoyable. The more I think of it, the more it seems like Jones must be calling the shots now. There is no way Bruce would persevere with this formation, or that he would have even tried it in the first place. As people pointed out at the time when he first arrived. It seems like he was brought in to undermine Bruce, perhaps hoping he'll walk, I don't know?! But it all seems a complete and utter mess and it's only heading one way.

I mean, there hasn’t been much point watching us since Rafa left. But I genuinely can’t be arsed anymore. If they sacked the useless twat. At least there may have been a bit of a reaction and maybe a tiny bit of optimism. Instead we’ve just rolled over and accepted relegation. I don’t follow us in the media like I used to. But the lack of comments and quotes from players speaks volumes. Only seems to be Shelvey praising the manager. No rallying calls or comments from any of the senior players. Just seems like from top to bottom, nobody gives a shit.
-
Too little too late. But they have to sack him if we are to have any chance whatsoever of staying up. Problem is. It’ll only be Jones. Who seems equally as out of his depth. Insisting on this formation, without the players to make it work or any flexibility to change it. No way is Bruce doing it. He would be chopping and changing every couple of games trying to get a result. They both seem fucking useless, to be honest.
-
Wouldn’t have him better than Enrique at defending, mind. He’d show the line to the likes of Aaron Lennon and Walcott in their prime and dare them to beat him. He was fucking rapid without looking like it and really strong, too.
-
Yes it's just you. He was a class above any of our other players. You haven't played football before have you? For the second week running. Calm down Rod. Stop being such a dickhead all the while.

Seems like most people are correctly saying he looked quality a lot of the time tonight. Then an absolute bag of shit when he got near or in the box. I do think his price tag amplifies it. But his consistently bad performances would be slated, whoever it was putting them in. He just doesn’t really offer much as an attacking threat.
-
I don’t think he did anything really flashy. Just constantly driving forward with the ball, getting in the box, tracking back regularly and actually nicking the ball and having an impact. As opposed to just trudging back, running in treacle behind the opposition. He has a really nice touch and habit of getting out of tight spaces with it and a decent turn. I think he looks really good and I like his attitude.
-
All a bit short term. But IF we had won tonight. We would have finished the weekend with a game in hand and more than likely 4 clear of Fulham. Didn’t realise they had City tomorrow. Feels like a worse result than last week, somehow.
-
Think that's harsh, he was brilliant 2nd half Can tell he was trained at a proper club Yeah. That seems outrageously harsh. Thought he’s looked quick, lively and good on the ball from his first ten minutes of playing for us. The only ball carrier from the middle and the only one fit, fast and mobile enough to go box to box. Grafts his bollocks off all game from what I can see.
-
So frustrating. Just looks scared to make a decision, or incapable of making one. Every time he gets near the box, he just delays it, slows down, loses the ball via a tackle or having his pass or shot blocked. Such a waste of money and so poor in the final third.

My word (RIP Ray Wilkins). I am sick to death of this cunt. Even his long range passing is now totally pointless and ineffective. Always on his heels, hunched over like Quasimodo, watching Hayden and Willock do all his work for him. Should not play for this club ever again. He’s a disgrace.
