We may suffer going forward. But it's not as if we're already a smooth, silky attacking unit, that creates a lot of chances every game I'm all for changing something. As we can't continue like this.
  2. I'd go with that. Worked well at Norwich. Been utter s*** ever since and it seems like we won't go away from it, despite how bad it looks. 8/10. I am really worried now. The only thing that gives me hope and stops it being 10/10. Is the fact that Villa look dead and buried and sunderland are awful. They will probably go, even though we'll gift them 6 points again. So we're in a battle, with some very average teams, for the third and final spot. I think we'll probably scrape by and finish 16th or so. What an exciting thing to look forward to every season. I think we'll spend a bit in Jan. Just like in 2013 when it looked like we were going down. We played 4-3-3 all second half on Saturday and looked even worse Luckily, I didn't watch the game TBF. Sounds like we're doomed then. Unless we decide to actually invest in some midfielders and a goal scorer. Oh and a centre back and a left back. A new manager would be good too I'd go with that. I wouldn't count them out just yet seeing as he's supposed to be able to put together a defensive unit. 2 games. Unlucky against City not to nick a win. They played pretty well. Then raped 4-0 by Everton. I can't see them staying up.

I know all managers talk s***. But I'm not having that. Our 5 games before Leicester. We lost 6-1 to City. Beat Norwich 6-2. Lost 3-0 to sunderland. Drew 0-0 with Stoke at home. Then somehow beat Bournemouth, despite being played off the park. A very good run indeed.

I didn't think he'd be this bad. For the most part, we have been absolutely dreadful. Even though I have at times, been encouraged by the set up and how we've tried to pass the ball around. I'm now at the stage. Where I'd happily have Brendan Rodgers or Moyes instead. I don't like either of them. Rodgers because he's insufferable and Moyes because I think he's a bang average manager, who doesn't play particularly exciting football.

  6. Look foolish? You're the most asinine poster on here and constantly mocked and ridiculed. Most of it is completely fair as well. You're just an insufferable bore. As for Pro-Pardew. I'm not wrong, am I? Weapon.
  7. Yes the 5-1. It's hilarious, I never mentioned Pardew. Just two seasons of which you seem to be confused. It wasn't the year before, Hughton was sacked 2/3 months after the 5-1 result. Likewise we beat Arsenal 1-0 with a Carroll header. I'm referring to 10/11 (11th, Hughton & Pardew early days) & 11/12 (5th) By the time of the 7-3 Best had left. You can nitpick all you like. 10/11 to 11/12 we seemed to have a decent team and the spirit on the forum was much better. We had a solid first year in the PL, never flirted with relegation. Then almost qualified for the CL the next season. Leon Best was a good squad member of that team. Since then, we've had horrendous runs of form or flirted with relegation in every season. I know when people see my name they want to disagree but this is all facts. Except we finished 12th, you got scores wrong and your post was as clear as mud. Hence the confusion. It was yet another pro Pardew post, that you managed to fuck up. You somehow, keep getting worse.
  8. When did we beat Arsenal? 11-12 and 12-13 we certainly didn't. I remember the 7-3 loss pretty well, mind..... What's this 6-2 you speak of as well? DO you mean the the 5-1? Careful now. That was when Hughton was manager and it was the year before. You've confused yourself. You've confused me as well.
  9. Rarely battered means 5th. It's thinly veiled pro-Pardew bollocks, yet again. Aye. I thought as much. I was at Fulham away, when we lost 5-2. 1-0 up at half time. Then had no idea what to do when Fulham changed up their gameplan. 4-0 away to Wigan. 3-0 at home to Chelsea. Won most of our games by the odd goal and ended up with a s*** goal difference. That's just the 5th placed season. I've erased the rest of Pardew's time from my memory. TCD is a closet Palace fan. He can't hide it any more.
  10. Ranger's swing and a miss
  11. We were rarely battered or he was? We took some right hammerings in those seasons, if memory serves?
  12. Oh for sure. They were complaining about it saying is it right or good for the club etc. But if you get promoted into the Championship, then who cares?!
  13. The serious knee ligament injury he had straight after signing for Blackburn may have had something to do with that. D'oh! Must have missed that. He's never had a great scoring record. But I honestly thought he was good for us in the prem. Seemed marmite with the fans though!
  14. I can't quite believe the fall off he has had? Heard a few managers compliment his attitude at training and that he is in great shape. Yet he has struggled massively? He did well for us in the Prem I thought, even though he was far from prolific. Seems like he went to Blackburn, got a big contract and then fell out with the manager. He's barely scored since leaving us and has had quite a few different clubs.
  15. Coventry do like a loan, don't they? They had some bit on Talksport saying they can field over half of their starting team, with loan players.
  16. I don't care if that is a piss take or a mackem on a wind up. For the first lien alone. I hope that cunt steps on a plug, gets gangrene and has to have his leg amputated.

So because Di Canio is Italian. He obviously prefers De Rossi, which is why he stripped Cattermole of the captaincy? Am I missing something here? That has to be the most tenuous link I have ever seen It has to be a parody and a p*ss take? Surely?!

  20. Mixed feelings this weekend. Won 90 odd quid from one accumulator syndicate that I do with 4 other mates. Missed out on £500 in another, because some fucker wisely picked Pompey. Who have now not scored in 3 out of their last 4 home games I also narrowly missed out on £4.5k on a £5 free bet, 12 team acca. Accrington Stanley and Sheffield United both drawing 2-2 at home killed me. Didn't even get a chance to look at the cash out. As I was in the middle of nowhere during the games and had no signal
  21. Tell that to Junior Seau's family.... I don't like some of the rule changes in the NFL. But the concussion protocol is a good thing. It still isn't that safe, either. I often see players who clearly have the symptoms, go back in for a play or two. Or guys that come back early from one and then have to leave the field again in the next game.

I might write one on "Why this useless tosser from Newcastle, is better than Andrea Pirlo."

I saw the picture and clicked off. What a load of bollocks
  24. Depends really. I'm sure some coaches are just mongs and pump the balls up too much. Or buy cheap shit. I remember training for the old gaffer about 5-6 years back. In the winter, the shitty Sports Direct balls used to have a bout 80 PSI in them and would nearly break your foot when you kicked them
