So we'd end up with a newnewco? Or maybe a we'vegotsomecashthistimehonestco?
-
'Oh, you're from nufcfans? Yes, absolutely that's the new kit. No, no, screw the huge launch and all the marketing we're planning, to have such a prestigious blog site confirm our new kit launch is much better.'

Fletcher or Giroud? Fletch for me like.

We Mustafa had a look at this Amini kid as well. Amini might be rubbish but it's worth a try Agree, with just a little bit extra he could be another Flamini
-
Wait a minute. Are you teling us that Gabby Obertan wearing kit actually decreases the value?

Just imagine if it was us and Sunderland. You would just go and support them as the local team then? Thats not what i'm talking about. I'm talking about the fans from all over Scotland who follow one of celtic or rangers instead of their local side. Rangers fans can go die in a fire for all i care about them.

£15.6 million. With all the money in the game you can't tell me our FA couldn't do something similar.
-
Isnt that Meyler? Not a clue, someone said Vaughan and I went with it

Wilshire and Cleverly I could both see being absolutely massive for England's passing game in the future. Even Rodwell, for a more defensive midfielder uses the ball so much better than Parker. Rodwell, Cleverly and Wilshire in a midfield three would have been 10 times better than the midfield in this tournament. There's certainly players that can play a far better brand of football. The question is how soon will they be given a chance? How long will Gerrard, Parker, Barry and lampard continue to linger? Well it wasn't a question at this tournament, because they were all injured. You're right though, those players are key and should be blooded ASAP. The problem is not individual players. It's our culture. How many times did Terry/Lescott hit it long? Compare that to Barzaghli/Bonucci. It's in our DNA. We see the same with NUFC. When Krul, Willo or Colo start punting it long and bypassing the midfield the opposition regain possession a large percentage of the time and it invites pressure onto us. It's basic fact of football and it's a pity that both NUFC and england resort to it because both sides have players capable of so much more.

Just let them die, go one club per city to encourage local support.

He's a Michelin starred chef man. Pretty sure it's a turtle liver and wheat grass parfait. Did someone already eat it?

Look at me, look at me I got a contract. Pathetic

Something like that, Defoe has a similar maximum as well. I would bank on Wellbeck and Carroll too, they can both finish. And to a certain extent Young (when he remembers how to play again). Welbeck has never hit double figures in PL and Carroll, nah. I don't trust them in front of goal. I am hopeful but not expectant. I'm talking about genuine class here. http://images.icnetwork.co.uk/upl/sundaysun/sep2011/5/7/sammy-ameobi-image-2-98046141.jpg

Not convinced that Rooney plays best off the striker. For me he should be the 'number 9', even for Man Utd he's more effective pushed right up on the opposition's defence.

What benefit is there to the player to have so many people representing him?
-
Spot on. As soon as they started walking up you could see they were going to miss.

Bit of a national side meltdown on RTG tonight. I've been missing a good old fashioned mackem meltdown, nice to see it back even if it is of a slightly different flavour

It's depressing that I feel like 2002 is still recent and modern. I feel old.

No doubt if I was Spanish I would have been happy with that performance but for the rest of us it was as dull as ditchwater.

I don't mind if we sell players for a big profit as long as they're replaced with players of equal or better quality. As long as the team is progressing and moving forward then the personnel don't matter too much. It's only if we cash in on someone and then either don't replace them or replace them with someone worse on the cheap that would irk me. As long as we as a club and a team are improving then i'm fine with selling players. Loyalty is to the club, not the individual players (if that makes sense).

Always think it's a bit dodgy signing players from relegated teams. There's a reason they were relegated......

Did a good job for us and i'd be happy with £3m for him. Stick that £3m towards De Jong and i'd consider that a great upgrade. I'm a little surprised other prem teams aren't in for him at that price though. Everton, Reading or even Sunderland could use him at that price, he'd do a decent job for them I think.

A recurring theme on there is that their club is financially stable yet as far as I know their wages to turnover ratio is very high and they're losing millions year on year. Is this another mackem delusion or am i missing something?
