Aberdeen FC @AberdeenFC Thanks Boyd Gibson from Aberdeen for your transfer suggestions! We'll be sure to pass them on to the manager! Kaka? Really?

  3. 120 Got Stephen Carr, didn't get Wayne Rooney
  4. http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/T7g_e0HH04o/0.jpg I imagine Jamie Hamill spends most days eating the plastic fruit in his house.
  5. Because he's an excellent manager. Excellent is pushing it IMO. He's good at that level. But I'm loathe to praise the football he plays He is, in my mind. In terms of motivating a group of players, turn around a losing team and get them winning, he's one of the best in the league quite easily. Football is generally s***, aye. Mind even that has improved, they played some really good stuff against us. Certainly a good motivator and perfect for that palace job. And the stoke one. But I think he will always hit a ceiling More likely to headbutt a ceiling whilst naked than hit it.
  6. First game I'll be able to watch since Palace. I take it everything's been fine in the interim? Sweet.
  7. Erm, well I posted on here when p*ssed. Then i stuck the story on here. Peer pressure made me run the story Seriously though. No. If anything I've done is 'unethical'. Fair enough. Ban me from the ground, hound me for it. But I can't be arsed with this club anymore. Anything to bring them down Fair play, I don't agree with posting it for anyone to read but each to his own. One thing I know from doing the French Revolution at A Level ( Bare with me! ) that when the Sans Culottes (the fans) keep getting shat on the tide eventually turns and there is revolution. I feel this amongst the current journo stance could finally kick start it. Would I do it again? Absolutely There are striking similarities between NUFC and the Ancien Regime in terms of media-management.
  8. What's up? Someone making the same point as me. We'll just have to pray it's not a trend. Sorry.
  9. I think you could argue that it is an unethical thing to do. I would probably draw the line at writing an article based on that conversation. If it is an accurate account of the conversation though, and Elliot is given a right to reply, then I think it can be justified. There's also a fairly robust public interest defence, given the response it has generated. Oh, and Elliot shouldn't be such a big dafty.

  11. Aye. Got stuck after Scott Brown. Didn't even get that far Fear I might be Wolfcastled, but they're not Scotland internationals.
  12. Only joined a couple of weeks back. Was booked for an awful tackle before giving away a penalty last week, got hooked at half-time today.
  13. Eugene Dadi? Gabby Heinze? Wes Brown? :aww: http://pbs.twimg.com/media/BGjGmxaCMAEjBPw.jpg:large
  14. The SPL allowed all clubs to postpone fixtures to arrange friendlies a couple of seasons ago because Celtic (and, I think, Rangers) kicked up a fuss at the season kicking off two weeks earlier than usual. It's somehow remained, despite the season returning to an August start. Absolutely ludicrous rule.
  15. Barry Robson against former team Dundee United last week. Was only a penalty http://www.heraldscotland.com/sites/default/files/imagecache/400xY/2014/1/23086555.jpg
  16. Good one. I used to get outraged as a kid at the dafty who'd cut about in a full Inter kit with 'Ronaldo' on the back. Might have been cool were it not in the official SPL numbering. Might as well have had McSwegan or Boyd on it, the outrageous fraud.

eh ? I thought the joke with shelbyville was that they were basically the same as springfield but neither could admit it. I think they're the same, except Shelbyville was founded on the principle that you could marry your cousin. So it kinda works.
  18. Off to St Mirren, apparently. http://www.heraldscotland.com/sport/football/newcastle-youngster-campbell-set-to-join-st-mirren.1386609248
