Forgot Southampton signed Butterfield as well, they should be good entertainment value this season. -

If my midfield could be picked in real life then there would have to be some serious control from the crowd to prevent Silva, Cabaye, Mata, Cazorla, Marveaux. DAT Technique -
Having said what i said above i still agree plus i think long term you will see a midfield 3 of Ramires-Mikel-Oscar anyway.

Modric isn't an attacking midfielder though.....

The amazing thing about that video was majority of the footage was from a period between February and May

Which is all he's got and he's massively inconsistent. On a massive wage as well, no one will buy him and support his wages for a two trick pony. All season long they were laying in to him, not good enough most of the time, but come to valuation time, £8m Wasn't aware of his high wages i agree then.

I can see teams paying 5m for Larsson and not thinking twice due to his crossing and set piece delivery.

I personally like rap from 80s and 90s and no mainstream shit, but it has been crap full stop for nearly a decade now. Having said this i like most types of music from practically every era so i suppose i would.

Tbf if MON can't find a better player than the dross they have he should pack it in tbh.

Fantastic work

Shows were Demba received the ball post Cisse and Pre Cisse, not great bit of difference tbh..... He's starting position may have been on the left but the whole front 3 was very fluid and Demba as a result was in central positions still very often. Post Cisse his conversion rate fell dramatically, the reasons for this IMO were confidence dropping after missed penalty against Sunderland, his overall fitness being down after working so hard for the first half of the season and AFCON. I genuinely believe we could play Ba on the left all season long and he would still score goals and lots of them if the front 3 were as fluid and interchangable as last season and he didn't suffer physically and confidence wise.

Speaking of impulse decisions on fantasy league based on behaviour, these quotes from Vermealen on RVP earned him a place in mine... "We appreciate what he has done for us for the past 1 and a half years" I love the sly digs at RVP Apparently Sahin might becoming in to replace Song, so i'm not sure he will be as massive a loss as people think if thats happening.

I'm not being funny but if you offered me Arsenal's team and Tottenham's team currently ( keep in mind Modric is leaving and Adebayor has'nt been replaced) I would take Arsenal's all day every day and they have better depth, i think RVP's transfer has gone straight to people's heads Arsenal still have a fantastic team and they are definitely in a lot better condition than Spurs are atm. Opinions are opinions though. Absolutely. This same argument happens every year, and the same outcome results. Arsenal have broadly the same team as last year (with less injuries) who have been training the same way with the same manager/coaches for a while. We have a completely new coaching staff, and one or two glaring gaps in our first team (let alone our squad). If we can get through the transfer window without too much damage and get a couple of class additions then we might be OK. Otherwise, I think the absolute best we can hope for is Europa again. I fully expect Chelsea to be back in the top four, and it would only take a couple of defeats for the media to jump on AVB's back again. Add in 'arry in the commentary box, and the whole thing looks wearily predictable. Spurs boards are all pretty depressed right now. I think that many are forgetting that we're actually a pretty good squad even without Modric and Adebayor, but there's plenty of opportunities for disaster to strike. Definitely agree, for what's it worth i agree with your last sentence especially it shows with the possible line up against us despite your missing a few it's a still going to be a difficult game for us. Spurs will obviously be competitive over the season regardless if you buy any one but for me Arsenal are for me despite the sale of RVP the 3rd best team in the league. As for Chelsea they are a mystery they could be brilliant but they could also struggle like they did last year i'm not prepared to commit on them yet. Personally i think we will see the same top 3 as last year with the last CL spot being extremely competitive between Spurs, ourselves, Chelsea and maybe Liverpool.

This summer's Faye & Beye. I remember that like it was yesterday lol, was saying to my mate if we get this we will finish in the top 4 if we don't then we will go down. i got a bit carried away, safe to say i will probably get carried away again in the same fashion.

Douglas and Debuchy on deadline day

I see no reason why they are not capable of that, especially with the ridiculous amount of chances Arsenal create and that's only going to get more ridiculous with Cazorla joining. Plus RVP was a one man band last season as far as goals go the whole team was built for him to score goals. This season they have Giroud and Podolski and you would expect the likes Oxlade, Walcott, Gervinho, Cazorla to chip in with a few goals here and there. I personally think replacing RVP won't be too much of a problem they just bought Giroud, Podolski and Cazorla who expect to make a difference. Thing last season was that if RVP didn't do it no one did, this season it will be more of a team effort i see Song being more of a loss as he leaves a massive hole in the squad, where as RVP's hole has been replaced by 3 players. I don't think they will have a problem getting top 4, but this happens every year it seems and every year they are doubted and every year they prove everyone wrong.

awesome, always nice to see us get some recognition in other countries no matter how small.

Confirmed for tomorrow? There are 18 players on that subs from list. I don't think we'd get away with taking 18 subs, it's just our squad. Oh so they are just guessing then? i asked because i honestly didn't have a clue if it's confirmed squad for the game or just them guessing at what we will pick.
