Think he was like a rabbit in the headlights today, simply too keen and made some rash decisions, under the pressure of the occasion. That said, very strong physically, quick and I reckon he's going to be better than some think. With some decent service and others around him, he can do a job for us.

Play well today, good debut performance. Neat & tidy in possession, found some nice forward passes and tracked back well on a few occasions and likes a tackle. Disappointingly, I'm pleasantly surprised

Thought was looked like a side with 3 or 4 new players as some of the passing/movement was a bit off but overall I think there's enough to suggest that we've the making of a reasonable side. de Jong is going to be the key to this side IMO

Had a dream about this game last night and it was brilliant Both teams had a real go at each other, both hitting the post several times, fantastic saves, it had everything. Cabella took the corner from the right and smashed it in (like he was shooting) and Rivière runs in from outside the box and heads the most powerful bullet header I've ever seem right into the top left hand corner of the goal.
