Yeah, he won't be coming here.

The fundamentals of attacking football are simply not there. Movement is the primary reason for our general lack of threat; it is either discouraged and one player is designated to have a slight freedom (e.g. Marveaux or Ben Arfa) or we simply do not practise it.
  3. I'd have no problem giving it to Ben Arfa. Ambitious and has demonstrated in his performances this year a real desire to pull the team along and fight in the face of adversity.

Difficult because of young side put out on the field. Hoped to get to 60-65 minutes and then bring on Marveaux to provide magic. Anita and Marveaux started to dictate near the end. Perch injured at HT. Disruptions knocked us out of rhythm. Young players gave their all but shouldn't be representing us. Second yellow was a nothing challenge, criticised player for making a meal of it. Says we gave it our all after the sending off. Bigi and Anita best players. Tavernier better at centre half which is perceived as his best position. Elliot solid. Not enough big players. Thanks fans for support but maintains that the club must maintain Premier League status. "Goutierrez" will be back for Norwich, maybe Cabaye and Taylor.

He has no clue, completely lost on that touchline. We need a manager capable of managing a Premier League club. Watching us bring the keeper up past the half way line to float the dead balls into Shola absolutely killed me.
  7. Pardew will go full strength here, he has talked about his respect for the competition in the past and he'll probably use this in an attempt to get the first team straight and organised. Fully expect a defeat.
  8. I always ruled it out because I thought there would probably become a point when we would just have too many good players on the pitch, whose ability would override Pardew's extreme lack of, but it does just appear that everything is going against us and spirit/motivation looking increasingly low.
  9. Couldn't really separate Owen and Luque.
  10. Decent player who shouldn't be behind Collins. I think Allardyce prefers Collins and Reid as a pair though due to their physical nature, Tomkins is a bit better with the ball at his feet and not as muscular.
  11. He's our best midfielder at the moment, I'd rather keep him there.
  12. Perch will be at right back and Bigi will come into midfield.

  14. I don't know about that man, in his time here last season it looked as though he could do pretty much everything. He's a finisher first and foremost, but he has more to his game than that.
  15. I'm confident in Cisse stepping up to the mark when played in his best position and in what is looking a more fluid and creative team but we do need a replacement for Ba in the wide forward mould. I'm not too hopeful of that happening, however.
  16. Mint news. Finally a footballing right back and two outlets from the full back positions.
  17. We need 3 first team players- right back, centre half and a box to box midfielder who can impose himself in midfield. I'm not confident of getting anyone in the window, perhaps 1.
  18. Incredible technique. Jonas had better not walk back in and replace him or Obertan for Everton.
  19. Villa in trouble. Always had Boyce down as being really shit, but whenever I've seen him this year he's been really good. Quick, powerful and always up and down the pitch.
