Disagree wholeheartedly. Blowing up a squad that has gelled over the course of this season and trying to start from scratch is a recipe for disaster. We need to keep the core of the squad intact and strengthen key areas (LB, CB, CM, ST).

An argument can be made that he's not quite cut out to manage really big clubs. But he's won loads of silverware in Italy and Spain (in addition to one of the greatest triumphs in football history). He's a very good manager who's shown consistency across nearly 30 years of management, despite massive changes to the game over that period of time. That's highly impressive.
