Thing is we tend to go into super deep defensive mode when we concede to keep the scoreline down and end up conceding more, especially against a side like Chelsea and they will just take full advantage of that.

Abeid is definitely better than him but its a close call on who's the worst at shooting.

I said a while back that I didn't think he was good enough to make it, I don't pretend to be a fountain of all footballing knowledge though so happy to admit when I think I might be wrong, and I think I might be, seems to growing as a player, very good defensively but also knows how to beat a man and get a cross into the box. The prolonged run in the first team if continued till the end of the season should show exactly what kind of player hes going to be, signs are positive though.

Normally do well against these under Pardew for some reason, but Chelsea of this season are just a class above. 0-3

Don't like the bloke for "those" comments he made, however as a keeper I don't think hes all that bad personally. Most games he plays he pulls off some decent stops and in terms of Burnleys goal tonight the ball was absolutely smashed into the back of the net from fairly close range, nowt he could have done really IMO. Over the top criticism of someone who actually hasn't been too bad for us on the field.

He's a fucking lunatic.

We miss him monumentally, in a team utterly bereft of ideas and attacking impetus he was a breath of fresh air whenever he was on the pitch even on his not so good games, which were still usually better and more effective than the dross around him. The whole thing is a crying shame and if we were a proper club with a proper manager I have no doubt he would have flourished and be our main man right now.

After all this time of keeping the faith with him and defending him I've gave up on Cisse, can't be arsed with him anymore, would rather risk Riviere getting good.

Colback and Gouffran should be absolutely nowhere near the starting lineup.
