We still haven't been in the bottom 3 properly all season

Everything that can go wrong basically is going wrong, can see Norwich pulling off a rare comfortable win against West Brom aswell, better start getting mentally prepared lads because it looks more and more like we'll go down with every other game played.

Comfortable Wigan win here like, just can't see any other scenario.

Not sure about anyone else but I drew so many comparisons from Stoke's performance tonight to the way Pardew has had us playing most of the season from defence to attack, only difference is they are at least a threat from corners and set pieces. He really has ruined us, and it will only get worse if he stays should we stay up, or even if we go down and he stays.

Actually not bothered either way of who starts out of Simpson and Debuch, Debuchy has been gradually improving but Simpson has been solid when called upon this season, much of a muchness.

A lot of people around saying this but I don't understand how? We have just as good a chance as Wigan, Norwich and Sunderland of staying up.

We don't like, the midfield looked a lot better for long periods without him there, Pardew is using him wrong and it has been having an effect on our build up play and our possession retention. It was so nice to have a break from his pointless runs into blind alleys with the ball and 90% of the time being easily tackled.

Pardspew is my favourite.

They are in just as much danger as we are, Stoke are hitting form again and Sunderland haven't won a monday night game for 11 years is it? Means fuck all but I'd like that to continue, they have Southampton and Spurs after that which are very tricky games. It would make up for a horrendous season if we managed to stay up at the expense of these daft cunts.

We played well and looked dangerous in the previous away game with him in the side. I'd say more in spite of him than because of him.

Thoughts on some players yesterday that have probably already been said: Elliot, top notch, definitely good enough to be our number 2 (or probably no1) if we get relegated. Coloccini, such a breath of fresh air to have back in the side, he was solid defensively but just how assured he is at the back has been sorely missed, love how he likes to actually play the ball forward and on the floor, no hoofing from Colo. Mbiwa's two best games for us were yesterday and in Europe when he played full back, such a shame he doesn't like playing there, looks a threat going forward and is quick enough and strong enough to track wingers. Simpson had yet another solid game, I hate the bloke and I generally hate the player but he hasn't had a bad game when called upon this season, do we keep him? even if we stay up? Thought Ben Arfa was bright but tried to always do everything himself, hopefully he will come into his own in the final two games. Cabaye is getting on my tits now, people bang on about his great passing range (see Cisse's goal) but for every great pass theres about 5 sloppy mis directed ones, not sure hes quite the player hes hyped up to be. A final point is that I thought without Sissoko in the team we were much better overall, when he plays hes just a headless chicken who runs around losing the ball continuously, think we got a decent passing game going and looked dangerous on the break at times without him being there, I'd rather he stayed out of the team if Pardew insists on using him high up the pitch.

Going to be one of those players similar to Emre that everybody loves but is rarely fit enough to be involved, and when it comes down to it should be shifted on to make way for players who can stay fit for longer.

Woke up today and decided there;s no chance we're getting 3 points today, reckon Wigan will beat WBA aswell.

Every time he is interviewed now he humiliates himself that little bit more but doesn't seem to realise or care.

As much as I think Wigan will catch us at this moment in time it's probably only going to take 3 points to get us out of this mess, as much as I rate Wigan at this time of the season I can't see them getting the 9 points required to finish above us if we do happen to get 3 more points on the board. Still very much in our own hands I think. But if we lose tomorrow and Wigan win I think that's it.

Which would be a position I would have took at the start of the season, PARDS IN.
