Hes really stepped up his game recently mind, even in the losing run he was a standout, really starting to think he can make the step up to PL level. Has been everywhere tonight.

From what we've seen of him so far the only thing that would likely make him "not happy at the moment" is if Ashley didn't back him or undermined his work in any way. As ever Ashley is our biggest worry, I just hope he continues to back him and leaves him be, surely even an owner like Ashley can see hes got insanely lucky landing a manager of this quality and wouldn't be daft enough to mess that up surely?

Right now in their respective careers hes all round a better fullback than Yedlin like, so much better defensively. Was another who was great against Birmingham.

Not sure he knows what it means to wear the shirt as much as Colback does yet though.

Was dreadful against Blackburn but was superb against Hull and from what I saw of the game tonight he looked great too, also been good all season really. We still need cover in CM but hoping Colback and Hayden can work until Jan at least. Whether he can make the step up to the premier league is hard to tell at this stage, but he has age on his side.

It's not only that hes looked poor but I've noticed a distinct lack of effort, backing out of challenges, not chasing the ball down etc... He's had a couple of decent spells in the prem but I never thought he was anything amazing, didn't expect him to to turn out how he has though.
