Apparently we now have a policy of not recruiting managers over 36.

Pardew no more knows what's going 'right' now than he does what was going wrong for the last nine months. That's why he is a poor manager - and I would take anyone who was able to assess the problems and attempt to remedy them in a logical way, over him who bumbles about and takes credit for success but none of the blame for failure.

I reckon Ashley wants us relegated because he hates the fans so much. Hughton was sacked for bringing us back up by accident and then not being shit enough to take us right back down.

When we're down the to bones, and we *have* to play them, how the fuck is Pardhole going to motivate them?

Why would any... Manager Player Young Fan ...choose to be associated with this club now? I bet people will still go to cup games next season, though - despite the club admitting they aren't bothered. The only way to achieve change is to turn your back 100%, and temporarily hurt the club. Yes it's hard, but it's the only thing that will hurt Ashley. Name another board, anywhere in the world, who officially have no ambition?
