I wonder if it's to late for the evidence released today to be used in the arbitration hearing. If its not to late then surely that means arbitration hasn't started which in turn means the club shop news has no relevance on the takeover. Likewise if the club shop news is takeover related then I'm not sure why the PL leaks being released are so significant. The two together don't really make much sense.

If the consortium have said we still want the club, Ashley knows this is his best chance of getting money that is sitting there waiting. I think we've got 6 points (wins from Burnley and Sheff Utd) before we play Fulham. That would give us 34 which means we won't catch Brighton or Burnley. Can Fulham get 8 points in their next 7 games? Our fixture vs them could well be the decider which we would crumble in. Our gd effectively gives Fulham an extra point too.
