We've spent the season trying to play clever on the outside with no-one in or running into the box. Then inevitably going back the defence, who gives it to Pope who hoofs it long either out of play or to the opposition. Makes our possession and passing stats look ok but that's about it. As a few on here have mentioned, our method has been figured out and the raging intensity that got us CL in the first place has gone. Whether the players just cant maintain it due to ageing or something else, that seems to be lacking now. Also our skill in the dark arts/sh**housery seems to have vanished too

How anyone in the design team didnt think it just looks badly made, or done by a back street Thai sweatshop is beyond me. If youre going to launch a crap design at least let it line up properly

He is one of our best players plain and simple. We have not had a good season by any means. We let him go for a decent fee, do we really trust our current transfer lot to find anyone better or more effective? Proven prem players have been a total disaster (looking at you Elanga and Wissa)....time to be brave and take chances. Yes we might lose some money, but we've lost out by playing safe

We were the right club at the right time for him. What has happened is like when Torres and Shevchenko went to Chelsea. Awesome players that were clearly looking good to their old clubs systems. A move for money and they just dont fit...at least Torres and shevchenko weren't total bell ends over getting the move

If people cant see Eddie has been totally figured out they obviously arent watching our games. How many times has a game been lost after 90 mins this season? How many points have been lost from winning positions? Once or twice is excusable but more than 10 is poor management. That's even before starting on the transfer debacle
-
Taken the lazy option which means they dont have to make a decision. Howe has had a almost a full season taking us backwards with poor and expensive transfers. Guys a legend, but has been completely figured out, bought expensive players that should have improved us but really haven't, kept in old and aging players who are less reliable week by week, over playing certain ones so they get injured, rushing injured players back, and occasionally playing some truly bizarre formations and tactics

Got Wolves written all over it

Mourhino was awesome...around 2004. He was inspirational, original and motivational. But he has expired very quickly, and has been a bit of a mild fail ever since. Everyone knows Perez is a total loon. If Jose goes back there he wont last the season

Isn't a fix fairly easy? Put balls in a bag and have someone not associated with a particular club pull them? Job done
-
His time is done. Legend for us, but we used to go in to almost every match expecting to win...now we go into every match expecting to lose. We have a bad habit of clinging to the past, and we're doing it now. We can see football is changing faster than ever. And as someone said its more like chess now. There's no enjoyment anymore....even the makems had half a season of fun...mainly at our expense

We dont have to speculate. We can see the ones that openly break the rules are still allowed to spend at will. The ones with minor breaches are punished to the letter of the law. Totally fair
-
Get knotted...he's a total pfm

If you think we dont need to win every match you might as well go watch the darts
-
Never known a season where we have lost after 90 minutes so many times. Totally shocking....is this Howes '"Gullit resignation" moment?. Love the guy but this is not acceptable
-
Yet another last minute defeat?...to them of all people. I just moved to new zealand and woke up at 4 in the morning to find this out?
-
It is amazing to watch how he manages to dance around 2 or 3 opponents under pressure and come out with the ball. Think left back isn't the best place for him even though he's good at it.

F**k Spurs. They're sleepwalking to the championship like us in 2008/9. A club that thought they were in with the big boys because of a nice revenue and admittedly brilliant stadium. I would prefer them not to go down and circle around 15/16th for a few years ala Everton. Wonder how long it will be to the rest of the 6 tells them they are 'damaging the brand' and casts them aside. I hope they sack Tudor, and deal with Mason for the season. There's no chance Poch will resurface for them in the championship
-
We also have the same squad rules as every other team. Yes I'm fully aware our apparent lack of depth is an issue, but the lack of faith in our u21s and youth is alarming. We have Miley, and drag out Shahar as last resort time wasting substitute. Do we genuinely not have a reserve/u21who could make a difference? I know our facilities arent the top ranked but surely we could scrape up a competent player from somewhere in the region. Even the 6 with their blindfolded spending on whoever they want drag a decent homegrown player out occasionally
-
We really are blinkered to Anderson. He was barely more than competent for us, but has done fairly well in a team that has made him a central figure. Only hope one of the 6 go and waste 6 figures on him rather than a real midfielder
-
I really dont see anyone paying what Forest will ask for him. I think he'll go down with them and have at least half a season in the championship. Don't know why but see him ending up at Tottenham no matter which league they're in. Not a "fancy" enough name for Man U, would be a Calvin Phillips at City. Chelsea might just for s**ts and giggles to make sure no one else gets him, Arsenal haven't shown any real interest, and won't be back at us considering PSR won't let us buy a packet of crisps according to some

Those Greggs kits are considerably cheesier than their cheese pasties. Nice gimmick though
-
Gordon is doing a Wissa to other clubs. See the good numbers and stats...dont see the unpredictable temperament and attitude, and questionable loyalty
-
Woah woah woah...let's not be dramatic. They're not Mike Williamson after all
-
Yes exactly...just a pity he's not that good at it. The best strikers...Shearer, Kane, Real Ronaldo, Batistuta, Vieri...while all great poachers all had a 25-30 yard shot in their game which would more often than not end as a goal
-
Not even remotely. Smart arse
