Grim, sadly the amount of injuries and the amount of minutes are lads are playing isn’t sustainable.
-
Pretty poor this, I think they have the edge on us tactically forcing us so deep is asking too much of pur midfielders leading to us getting pushed further back.
-
Definitely applies pressure to the squad which they haven’t faced so far this term. Awful time for time to lose players as well given the amount of fixtures played in December.
-
They won’t, because they’ve already inflated them prior to the rule. They have basically set themselves a high benchmark.
-
now let’s get the book thrown at legohead.

Guys, other clubs aren’t going to block this change

Feel for his neighbours imagine some fat lad living above you going mental at 5am every week

It’s just our so called rivals are massively predictable, they do not want to compete for such a hardcore capitalist country as the UK the premier league and football as a whole has the most bizarre structure. but as always, you have to give these clubs and the media massive credit because most people actually believe FFP is righteous and just

It will be a ban against all clubs, they can’t be so blatant as to only ban us, that being said. The ban only affecting inward loans tells the entire story of the rules intent.
-
It’s temporary, it’s sole purposes is to stop us from getting cheaper high quality reinforcements in January as having us challenge for the ECL is too much to bear for the so called big 6.
-
I discussed this with @The College Dropout and told him I believed this would happen.

Salary caps are probably illegal though. Also, the problem with self regulating financially at a domestic level is essentially a death sentence in European competition.
-
Precisely, this is the point. You have a league which should be impartial creating rules to the detriment of one club and to the benefit of others. It’s a complete farce and totally unacceptable. We should have the same opportunity to build our club up as our competitors did. City have literal fake sponsors and it’s all good no issue. Our sponsors subject to fair market value checks? Watford games FFP and loan systems the entire time the Pozzo family owned them and not a word was said, we we’re rumoured to loan a player from Saudi and boom let’s change the rules. It’s very much a point of principle and we should be contesting it, as we should have from the start. Our inaction has emboldened these clubs.
-
We sue the league which is what we should have been doing from the start, since BEFORE our takeover the league has been creating rules which make the league less competitive to our detriment and we’ve just nodded along and played nice. What has that gotten us? More rules solely designed to slow our progress. How does not loaning players from related parties hurt any other team?
-
A lot of people are missing the point here. The change is temporary with the sole purpose to prevent us from loaning players from Saudi. it will pass and we will accept it like we have with all the other bullshit the league has pulled.
-
I don’t think we will see any meltdown on here tbh, I think most people are aware FFP is a thing.

Obligation hopefully, He’s going to be top notch.

The opportunism on display really epitomises our approach mind. He has always been one of the most highly rated young players in the country so getting him was a coup imo. He’s got all the tools to be world class.

We don’t usually lose the ball so much; intact pretty sure we had better pass completion than Dortmund last night and that’s with the makeshift side we had. I think we are very competitive with Milan and Dortmund at this point, the results kind of beat it out 2 narrow loses and an away draw. It’s going to take time to surpass them we are both ahead of schedule and injury ravaged you simply can’t discount the effect these injuries are having.
-
For what wasn’t even a foul. Dortmund got away with loads of tactical fouls as well.
-
I’d take most of our players over those of the opposition; especially with our manager. Intensity isn’t something easily coached, good luck getting Mbappe to run. And when it comes to injuries, try not to narrow your focus to the players whom were missing; it’s much more than that. We can’t rotate our players with the injuries with have which leads to a drop in standard, this is unavoidable. In time, we will have players who can play with the intensity and have that same level of technical proficiency but it takes time, such players are unicorns to be frank.
-
We are competing in the champions league and smashed PSG, what do you mean the squad is nowhere near CL material? Your take here is quite surface level to be frank; it’s clear to most that injuries have forced us to rotate less than we would like which is causing sluggish performances at times.
-
It’s one of those situations, we’ve been dreadfully unlucky. You take the calibre of player we are missing out of most sides and they would struggle a hell of a lot more than we have. Eddie and boys deserve massive credit.
