  1. Aye, but it doesn't effect the players Not a chance. Of West Ham's starting 11 today - 3 were new signings this summer and 5 only played at their old stadium for one season. How on Earth are any of them effected by the move exactly? West Ham's s*** start is because they lost some good players and replaced them with absolute dross.
  2. Pundits saying West Ham's stadium move is a reason for their shit start. Fuck off is it.
  3. Staggering really, especially when you look at the likes of Villa.
  4. http://kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=158388&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&sid=a992d9098350567ce0a69a8f5a4f9bb4&start=7980#p4796542
  5. With how away tickets are distributed now (all of them have a ST/membership number attached to them), the only way to get rid of the idiots is to report those who are doing drugs. Take down the seat, row and block number and pass it onto the club, totally anonymous and there would be no repercussions for yourself. If as a consequence someone then gets banned because they've bought a ticket and sold it/gave it to someone who is doing drugs - then so be it.
  6. Had the following matches Aberdeen v Rangers Inter v Bologna Both games Over 2.5 and Over 12 corners. Needed 1 goal in the Inter game and 1 corner in the Aberdeen game £25 on for £682.50 Fuck sake.
  7. Oh aye definitely, I just think the extra couple of hours brings out the people who cant handle their ale. That said other than the drugs and brief skirmish at Bristol City, I don't think there has been any real issues with our support this season.
  8. We have had quite a few late kick offs away from home this year (Derby, QPR, Fulham & Villa) which I think has an effect on alcohol levels.
  9. Great call by the ref because that looked like a certain pen on first glance.
  10. When the West Ham owners said they could sell the Olympic Stadium out about three times over
  11. Don't think ours is any worse than anyone elses to be honest, there is barely any bother with our lot other than the very rare incident. Drugs are a problem, shouldn't be seeing Class A drugs used at a football match.
  12. I might be proven completely wrong with him and I'll be more than happy to admit it if I am proven wrong, but only time will tell.
  13. Aye, Villa is a very difficult place to get an atmosphere going from an away point of view. The atmosphere at Derby was helped by an extra 400 away fans and all being kept in a nice section together.
  14. I don't think it is just this though. De Gea had a few bad games at Man Utd very early on, but did not make anywhere near as many mistakes as Sels has so far. Sels isn't even "young", he's 24 and should be doing better. De Gea made mistakes under pressure, Sels makes mistakes when there is no pressure on him at all. His positional sense is dreadful, command of his area is none existent, doesn't seem to have any communication with his defence or organising his defence, his shot stopping is debatable (palms/punches the ball into danger quite a bit), his distribution is iffy at times. Apart from one save late on against Brighton(?), I cant recall a single save that he has made so far this season that I thought "good save". We're lucky that he hasn't been tested much otherwise our results could have been a lot different. I just do not think he's very good, he's certainly not better than Darlow.
  15. Stunning freekick by Maddison for Aberdeen to win it.
  16. Interesting piece on .com Did that actually happen? I presume it was the one in the first half when the ball went straight through Sels' hands, rather than catching the simple cross. The whole defence look terrified when crosses come into the box, because nobody has any ounce of expectation that Sels will deal with it.
  17. Thought he was very good yesterday and has been very good every time that he has been called upon.
  18. Just watched the highlights, how on Earth we didn't win that game I do not know Some terrible finishing. The only chances they created were from set pieces at the end of the game, they were shocking and I think their league position is reflective of how they are playing. Beat Norwich on Wednesday and all is well in the NUFC camp.
  19. Didn't realise that these are bottom now. Ha.
  20. Still a 9. Beat Norwich on Wednesday and we're in the driving seat.
  21. He would have put the game to bed if he had scored, we were well on top and Villa were all over the place.
  22. He cost us 2 points yesterday, a point against Huddersfield and a goal against Wolves. That is far too many mistakes in a short space of time and it could have been even more if we were playing against anyone half decent. Darlow made one mistake last season, when he was thrown into the team with 20 minutes to go. Other than that he looked good and was growing in confidence and ability game by game. Sels is currently getting worse. Stop rewriting history. He did not cost us against Huddersfield. Terrible positioning for their second goal, a decent keeper would have saved it. Also your argument is clearly built on straw if you cannot pick anything out of my post other than that.
  23. We're 4 points off of the top and playing the team who are top on Wednesday. Why is anyone even slightly panicking?
