  1. Absolutely nailed on one of my tickets is going to involve Ireland, never been surer of anything in my life. You can sell it to me if you want lad ? The woman has been banging on about going to France for her 21st.... And I think I might be willing to go now aha I'm actually fucking buzzing like when we played Scotland in June I was adamant we would not qualify but I was there in the Algarve when we beat gibraltar and Scotland got beat by Georgia and that's when things got going and I actually cant believe it fucking get in... Wouldve been sick if norn iron and the Welsh went through an we didn't aha lol but feel for the scots tbh would easily swap Wales or norn iron for them cus there a great bunch of lads !!!!!

  4. Does any one remember that film where Danny dyer marries a yank and takes her to Portugal on their honey moon when the euros are on, and he pretends it's pure coincidence and he knew nothing about it but he actually bought tickets to all 3 group games and he is trying to find ways to sneak to the matches ? Aha watched that again on RTE I think it was during the 2010 World Cup lol can't remember much about it other than it was pretty dreadful lol
  5. Nah everything's back to normal thank fuck Spain are wearing navy/blue shorts again and Germany are back to black shorts etc
  6. Aha only seen it the once a few years ago on RTE aswell so it could of well been the same night ... Tbh everything about the film from the acting to the writing was truly horrific now when I think back to it ... But I was 13 at the time I seen it and I remember thinking it was class aha

    England

Rooney in his prime isn't face to lace Shearer's boots even after that injury at Goodison. Prime Wayne Rooney isn't fit to lace the boots of the Shearer who played under Gullit, Bobby, Souness and Roeder? Obviously not even you are stupid enough to genuinely believe that, so I'll leave it there. Prime Wayne Rooney is 2003-2004. Since then he's been mediocre at best for England with some sporadic good games, which always come in either qualifiers, non important qualifiers or friendlies. He wouldn't be in my squad and probably wouldn't have been so since 2012. I've always said that Wayne Rooney and Stevie G are the two most overrated players ever to grace the premier league.... But saying that Wayne Rooney was unplayable for the best part of the 2009/10 season Agree with Rooney, but Steven Gerrard in patches was the real deal. Oft trotted out, but Istanbul man, vs AC Milan. Incredible. Gerrard was completely outplayed for the 1st half of that final it was only when Hamann came on in the 2nd half he marked kaka out of the game and gave Gerrard the freedom to bomb forward and start the comeback.... It was hamann who won that final not gerrard

  15. I was in albufeira on holiday way the girlfriend at the end of August when ireland were playing Gibraltar in the Algarve stadium a few miles down the road, so the place we were staying was invaded by ireland fans... and they were nothing but friendly and just keen on having a good time and getting drunk... Didn't feel intimidated once... However there was a few fellas from "norn iron" who was staying in our hotel who were intent on trying to affend and insult singing sectarian songs and the likes and flaunting there paramilitary tattoos and were just very un pleasent people

    Sunderland

This is true but to be fair to him we would never have been relegated if we hadn't sacked him. We were alot better under him than the shower of s*** we've had since pards' first full season. Agree with the not getting relegated comment if he hadn't of got sacked but I remember some of the football he played was absloutely fucking dreadful... I always remember that 3-0 hammering at home to Liverpool as the 1st one were I thought right this isn't gonna work out... Always something really unlikeable about the fat fuck too... He was a mediocre mid table manager who thought he was brilliant... That being said I'm happy enough he's went to Sunderland cus I don't rate the cunt at all... I think Nigel Pearson and Sean dyche would of been better appointments
  18. Mount of irish/northern Irish people that seem to be on here I would of assumed this thread would of been buzzing tonight seeing what happened ?
