That kick was far too casual for me: Ayoze-bot.

If you watch back, especially on slow motion, Atsu’s pause prior to passing makes Cook (no. 3) overrun the ball and leaves a gap to Shelvey. On the other side of the box, Ake catches up to Shelvey in that couple of seconds, but his so called ‘magnificient challenge’ doesn’t get there/ is still too late and is more a lunge to block, but his foot never gets in front of the ball/ Shelvey’s. Meanwhile (in Goalmouth City) Begovic had set himself for a shot by Atsu and is frantically scrambling to get across the goal line. If Shelvey had hit the target, anywhere other than pinged at the keeper, he wasn’t saving it and we’d be talking about Atsu’s clever delay/good peripheral vision.

AFC Bournemouth 2-2 Newcastle United - 24/02/2018 - post match anticlimax p19

This is such a cuntish post I am not sure where to start I’m still marvelling over the previous one. Not sure what bemused me the most, Ayoze Perez not being criticised on here or his contribution to the second goal being a shot; a weak shot. -
So you think tossing a coin twice doubles your chance of being right? Shelvey should have scored and Perez should have scored. In that they would expect to finish from those positions/circumstances more often than not. I thought Shelvey’s was worse, also the whole hands on knees thing pointed out on MotD looked embarrassing, like he may have been feigning exhaustion because he couldn’t be arsed to chase his man.

Arrogant as f***. Even worse now he's been given a bit of rope to express his actual personality - nah. You're not Italian mate, get over it. Looks like a total c*** n all. Don't actually mind his opinions tbh which isn't usually the case. You're right about Auclair, good journalist and on the ball most of the time. Auclair's a chocolate coated big cream puff. -

Cockblob... (Not an answer to the above question. Just a statement of discontent.) -

I'd put them all in a field and bomb the bastards. -
Well, if he's available on loan/day release.

Be more confident in your predictions, 54. Emboldened even.

I think it was more to do with, a no doubt coached, wooden and expressionless/emotionless interview style. Would say very little and in monotone. Lovely to see him relax into being his more humorous natural self (should stop saying 'I really do' to reinforce points though).

Well it's a theory which fits and has the usual suspects in the black hats and in the white hats, in the Barrack Road Ranch. Personally, I think he a highly ambitious young man and suspect his head would be well and truly turned by Champions League type interest.

Aye, so are many my friend -
Let’s face it, most of us took some time to mature/sand down the rough edges (and still a work in progress for me!). We didn’t have to do it in the public eye in a very visible high profile job with all the scrutiny and, as mentioned, the opportunities that kind of wealth opens up for young people, largely from relatively improvised backgrounds. Fair play to the man. If you’re lucky, you live and learn.

Is he definitely out? -
Haha. What a hybrid the combined best attributes of those four would make though!

So applying makemathics, if you have paid off your mortgage on your leasehold property, you are still renting? Love that place; you learn something new everyday (mainly not to bother visiting/mocking the afflicted).

What an absolute teat; no don’t milking it now.

Really enjoyed the podcast. Thought he seemed very honest, sometimes to his cost. Reminded me of how good a player he was on his day, how much I enjoyed watching him, and loved his appreciation of Nobby: still my all time favourite. Surprised that Martins was that much quicker than him and similarly that Bellamy wasn’t in the same league as him, pace wise.

I’m sure we took more than that, the mere 1500+ miles or so, to Kiev. Though we had a lower percentage of the total (98,000) crowd, so no doubt another example of superior SAFC support.
