Nowhere near as much fuckyouedness without the strip.

Kind of like it personally. Probably Geordies living in and around the various third division teams/small towns they are playing who fancy a bit of excitement.

Happy days

Which order would you put Ben Arfa, Cabaye, Robert and Ginola in terms of NUFC’s best French player?

Breaking news! Ayoze has just nailed one!

Our team can create as many chances as they want our shower of shit forwards couldn't hit a cows arse with a shovel full of sand Sounds quite difficult, to be fair. Would be quite heavy and difficult to aim without spilling.

Personally, if I have one genuine gripe about Rafa, it is I think he selects players (from what he has) for a system. Rather than a system to suit our strongest (ahem...) 11.

2-0 up at Old Trafford until 70th minute. Holding out for a 0-0 at Palace (restricting them to four shots on target, we had three). Also a 0-0 at Cardiff, where we had 10 men for half an hour—not referring to how supremely shit Kennedy played—had six shots on target to their one and missed a last min pen ( am referring... never mind). In between the above, we’ve lost 2-1 to Spurs (15 shots each), Chelsea (drawing until an 87th min own goal) and Arsenal (two shots on target each) at home and to Man City away. None of them unexpected losses, humiliating results, nor characterised by unmotivated ‘already given up’ performances. Forgot to mention Leicester. Probably most disappointing performance for me and closest fit to the point highlighted. Saying that, giving away a stupid pen at that stage was always going to make a tricky game very difficult. Personally, I think we’re just getting started. Just hope everyone’s head is on the game—those that matter, I mean. To keep concerns in perspective, we can add to the above, having a similar amount of possession and shots in the loss to Brighton, that Man City achieved in their 5-0 rout of Burnley. Basically, not sure Rafa isn’t at the races. We just can’t score enough goals. Lack of luck in the transfer bargain basement is surely part of that.

Southampton vs Newcastle United - 27/10/2018 @ 15:00 - No UK TV

One win and three draws out of last twenty games down there (I think). What a game to have to win play... -
Fair points re percentage ‘success’ and Hanley. Although some were no doubt bought as back-up, of the 24 only 7 would be regular starters, including Joselu in this. Of the most expensive 8 (a pitiful 5.5-£12m on the published figures) probably only Lejeune and Ritchie would be considered first choice for their positions. Perhaps this is just another way of saying that for the last couple of years we’ve been unable to successfully strengthen the first 11.

I’ve lifted 24 signings from .com and made a judgement (relative cost and impact) as to whether they were good signings or not. I totally get that he has had to cut his cloth accordingly, but in terms of getting someone to do a job for us, it looks pretty 50-50 to me. Gayle 10m good Ritchie 12m good Gamez free poor Hayden 4m good Hanley 5.5m poor Clark 5m good Diame 5m good Yedlin 5m good D. Murphy 3m good Lazaar 3m poor Atsu 6.2m good Lejeune 8.7m good Murphy 10m+ poor Manquillo 4.5m poor Merino 6.5m good Joselu 5m poor Kenedy loan good Slimani loan poor Dubravka 4m good Ki Sungyeung free ? Schar 3m ? Muto 9.5m ? Rondon loan ? Fernandez 6m good

Tube and Humps The Tube... a beautiful love born of disaffection and hate.

Only saw the highlights Cov, but he was still involved in a lot of play in the final third/had more chances than anyone else.

The syntactical gymnastics (think I just made-up a phrase/concept!) in that article with everything themed toward a transparent anti-Benefiz agenda makes it laugahable. Yet I am guessing you are including it to validate your own anti-Benetiz agenda? Sorry, not just yours. Yours and the ‘vastly increased number of fans,’ (FFS ). Unless, of course, you wrote it and are so proud that you feel the need to share more widely.

NUFC vs SAFC in Europe? No point getting into that comparison. We can’t compete with that 75% win record. Hats off to them. P.S. given their proud, no doubt ‘bessy football friends’ relationship with Sporting, wonder why they didn’t call the new joker Estádio José Alvalades?? It’s as original as what they chose and at least has some relevance to them.

Take a look at him, reckon he’s just not an athlete/his body has let him down big time.

You’d just have to close your eyes, man-up and think about the holiday! Ashley is to bonuses what Jim Bowen was to gameshow prizes. And you wouldn’t want to miss out on that speed boat, would you? (For the metaphor to work you probs need to be an unemployed, public transport user from somewhere like Mansfield...). You can’t beat a bit of Cashley!

Bollocks! Thought this was the Fuck All thread...

Stupid is as stupid does, Forest Tube.

Seems he’s still shite then...

Gone up to a 7 from a 4. Perhaps a bit reactionary, but you have to beat your rele-rivals at home. Think we are now relying on Rondon transforming into a (fit) beast.
