Definitely a red, like. Was one of those where it's try to play the ball and stick one on the attacker at the same time. Got it horribly wrong. Absolutely no need to be making that sort of challenge in that area of the pitch like that.

Same position as before really. We are 3 points from safety and have the January transfer window coming up. To say we are 'definitely' down before we've seen who we can bring in and have a very favourable run in for the next few months is a bit daft.

Look at players like Messi, Ronaldo, Mbappe etc they conserve their energy to use in attack. You don't necessarily want your explosive attacking players to be sprinting around madly for 90 minutes. There's also genetics at play. Stuff like the amount of fast or slow muscle fibres you have will effect your speed and endurance. Rice could run all day but he has nowhere near the speed or exploviness of St Maximin. Ronaldo is probably the biggest fitness freak in the sport with an insane mentality, he couldn't sprint around all game either.

Think Leeds are in a lot of trouble now. Arsenal and Liverpool next and their squad is really small and crippled with injuries already. We play them January 22nd and I reckon we'll be above them come the end of the match.
