Honestly wouldn't be surprised if Howe is right and it's Castore who've chose those colours themselves. Sell alot more shirts over there and curry favour with the Saudis. From a Saudi POV you'd think they'd wait until we're a bit more successful and playing in Europe and have more excuses to wear the shirt and on a bigger stage.

Nkuku is not really an out and out striker is he though? Played most of his games as a midfielder or a winger until very recently I think.

For me football is all about little rivalries, holding petty grudges, wanting certian teams or managers to fail/lose. Similarly on the other hand I'll watch teams who Ben Arfa plays for and hope they do well, was buzzing when the Gas won 7-0 the other week. Watching every game as a pure neutral would make it a lot more boring.

There was also that Graveson horror tackle where he tried to take out Bernards kneecap and their players refused to even kick the ball out play. Fellaini constantly smashing elbow into defenders faces, now Gordon trying to cheat every week. They always seem to have at one really detestable player in their side. The current one has a fair few.

Would prefer these lot down now. Even if theyve been effective at times they've consistently been one of the worst sides to watch from a neutral POV for years now.

I think even Bayern will start to become less of a force in Europe as well. It's a bit of a struggle at the moment for them to renew all the contracts for the likes of Lewandowski, Muller and Neuer. Already lost Alaba and Sule because they couldn't pay them enough.

It feels like Everton are destined to go down imo. Leeds will probably win with an own goal or a dodgy decision.

Wonder how much Pope would cost if Burnley go down? It's hard to gauge keepers unless you watch them regularly, though. Dubravka seems to have a much higher reputation amongst other supporters for example than he does our own.

Like the look of Kamada. Orientals make very good workers.

Madrid want 50% off his image rights IIRC which he didn't want to give up. PSG are offering him to keep 100% of that and ridiculous sign on fee and wages. If it's a two year deal he's young enough to take that, become PSGs all time top scorer have another season playing with Messi and be in the exact same position after two seasons where he can move to whoever he wants on anothe insane deal.

Pete's football knowledge all round is pretty poor. He's only really there because he's mates with the other originals and probably help them set the whole podcast up with his broadcast experience. Brassel is the most knowledgeable and fair on Newcastle matters across the podcasts I listen to.

The 'value' is in the ownership on the Blockchain and whatever someone will pay for it. Pretty much one person buying it and hoping they can sucker somebody else into paying more for it until there's one sucker left who can't sell it and is down loads of money. It's an easily manipulated market and very volatile. Create some fake transactions to show they are selling for a stupid amount of money, get a few celebrities or influencers on board and create a load of hype. Buy into it and now you realise your investment is down 90% in a few weeks because there's not actually any real demand for a John Terry Ape.
-
It's pretty simple. You can just screenshot an NFT if you want the image. The screenshot image won't hold any value though unlike the original one with ownership on the Blockchain.

It's a weird one because he's been so good in this midfield role but looking at the transfer threads and potential line ups for next season and nobody really seems to have him in. Had we signed him as a midfielder in January and he played like this I'm sure it wouldn't even be a question.

So thankful for this forum when you see the state of some of the other clubs

I somehow always forgot how much Arteta has spent at Arsenal. Around 100m on the defence alone this summer which has ended up conceding way more than they did the previous campaign. They never looked up for it from the off tonight. With the right investment in this transfer window there's no reason we shouldn't be aiming to compete against them next season.

We are going to be some team at home next season, man .

Already got his appointment booked for 2:30.

Amazing what a difference having a striker who can run makes.
-
Think he's turned down a new contract as well isn't he?
-
Would never have guessed he was 35 either. Looks good for his age to be fair to him.

Could anyone knock it up in yellow in place of white? Might as well make it look like the Brazil kit for when we sign Paqueta, Raphinha and Lodi in the summer.
