Gordon seems to be the scapegoat for the Everton fans. They seem to be judging him on his value as '£60m player' who should be keeping them up rather than a 21 year old with potential playing in a side with no tactics.

Eh? We are clearly playing with a more defensive midfielder now though? Longstaff is essentially playing that role from RCM we've been more or less playing with a lobsided double pivot with him and Bruno for a while now and letting the two Joe's interchange in the left. We need quality on the ball more than anything in the midfield. A ball playing CM with Bruno to the side doesn't make us worse IMO. Put a Rodri or someone in there and Longstaff dropped and we are miles better.

Guessing it's just because Man United fans act like we are the only team to do it. So quite funny to see them do it and lose.
