I know Rafa loves the 4-2-3-1 but for a formation with two holding midfielders it offers hardly any cover in front of the back 4. I hate the f***ing system, it's awful. Obviously it'll be better with better players but i'm never going to really like it.
Agreed, I fucking hate 4-2-3-1. It's too rigid and predictable, for us anyway.
10 July: Antonio Cassano joins Hellas Verona.
18 July (am): Cassano announces his retirement.
18 July (pm): Cassano comes out of retirement.
The crazy genius strikes again
Like selling sand in Sahara.
Legit surprised Hanley hasn't gone yet mind. Think he's a good championship defender and would improve a lot of sides in there.
Must be wages I guess.
They plummeted new depths when their main transfer scoop for one day was when some fan saw Rafa getting his groceries.
'Five things we learned about Rafa's weekly food shop'.
Lee Ryder is a total idiot, and the Chronicle in general have been beyond clueless this transfer window.
Not to mention navigating their abomination of a site is like crossing a minefield in clown shoes.
Exactly, it's totally infuriating.
What's even worse is how Ashley has successfully shrunk fan's expectations so we don't even dream anymore.
I mean even Southampton are a million miles ahead of us like. Fuck me.
The only embarrassing ones are those, like yourself, that can't abide that someone might hear some snippets from someone but, of course, is unwilling to divulge their source.
Jealousy most likely.
Agreed.
Well I mean Rafa's people clearly released a controlled leak to the media a couple weeks back about missing out on Abraham and Caballero. So while I don't believe you as a source, I believe he's likely pissed off.
Loftus-Cheek seems an absolute no-brainer of a signing to make, we're absolutely desperate for quality in the the centre of midfield. Last season we looked hopeless against Championship opposition when Shelvey was injured / not on it.
