Wonder if Willock starts.
-
Well taken goal, fucking useless off the ball as per which played a huge part in their equaliser. Takes like 4 or 5 touches before doing anything with the ball.
-
Tbf there's next to no movement ahead of him. So when he or any of the other defenders are on the ball it goes backwards and sideways. Shite all round.
-
9-0 again? Fuck me. Fully expecting another shovel load of shit from us again though.
-
Embarrassing subs those, end up with 1 centre half on the pitch. Just throw on all of the attackers and hope something happens. What a load of shite.
-
Game's gone flat. Get ASM on.
-
Southampton and Bournemouth at home last season.
-
Jonjo Baldfuck's tracking of PVA was beyond pathetic tbh. Both at fault.
-
Hendrick for their first, should be busting a gut to close down the Palace player as the ball comes out to him. Shite.
-
Aye, Hayden for me. Reading his interview in the Athletic not that long ago made me think that he's cut out for the captaincy tbh.
-
Clark for Lascelles. Completely forgot Lascelles was crocked. Surprised that's the only change, .com say that Fraser hasn't trained this week.
-
Will be ASM for Fraser, probably.
-
Preparing for the neet.
-
If he can put one foot in front of the other at a reasonable pace he's probs an upgrade on what we have tbh. Hope the lad smashes it here.
-
Aye. Then again, I don't really know what Willock's position is.
-
Not as bad as Marcos Alonso's tbf.
-
He's currently on 10 goals, if he gets 17 by the end of the season he'll be our most prolific striker in the PL since Shearer in 2003-04.

Almiron causes problems for teams in his actual position of behind the striker. West Brom away in the FA Cup last season he played there, scored a brace and played a key part in our 3rd goal. Bruce takes him off and we almost fall apart, conceding 2 before seeing out a 2-3 win. And again v Leeds the other night, he caused them problems, scored, then Bruce brings Gayle on and puts Almiron back out wide and we fail to get a foothold back in the game. Hopefully we keep this quasi 4-3-3 moving forward, we looked after the ball better and were a threat throughout the game today while still being organised out of possession. No need for Bruce to shit himself due to injuries or because we're playing a team higher than us in the league and go with 5 at the back which we barely win using, saps the effectiveness of Almiron, Lewis, Wilson et al.

If we beat Palace on Tuesday and Fulham lose at home to Leicester I think we're safe. Can't see them closing an 11 point gap.

Whilst the current guise of the club is shit I enjoyed today, best we've played all season and Wilson really should've scored 4. Good performance, deserved result, and like the look of this quasi 4-3-3 we played today. Good opportunity for back to back wins if we play like today v Palace. Chuffed; curry and a few beers, the rest of the football and some Warzone, mint.

Always liked Yedlin, was great for us in the Championship, adequate for stabilising ourselves in the PL under Rafa and always seemed like a sound character. Unbelievable pace which has dug him out of a few holes defensively and was a limited full back, but pretty much most of our players between 2016 and now have been. Also been treated shockingly with the visa recently and lack of any kind of transfer after its been evident he's wanted away. Wish him nowt but the best if he goes.
