All I would say about going public via social media is be prepared for some negative responses. The majority of people will be supportive, going off the facts you’ve stated here, but you’re also going to get ‘you knew what the rules were, no sympathy’ (and probably worse). Tbf, the display will get 100% support within the stadium. Don’t let a minority of clowns, and youngsters who struggle to process their emotions on social media after a couple of bad/indifferent results, cloud reality.

But as they’ve clarified, the donations are still going to a Keegan display, just not on Wednesday. Can only really understand someone being aggrieved if they were going on Wednesday as a kind of one off, and they specifically donated wanting to be part of a Keegan display. Even then that’s a fair old stretch and would only surely apply to a tiny minority.
