Before yesterday I was absolutely convinced Spurs were in no danger of going down, and I probably still am, but that first half performance was massively concerning. We’ve got the same amount of points away from home as Spurs have at home. Having said that, I do agree 5/2 appears big for them, but it’s definitely a reaction to the amount of players they have unavailable.

The solution is to have patience with the man who is our best manager in a generation. Given enough time he will sort things out. The problem is there is no patience nowadays, everybody wants everything to be exactly how they want it NOW. And that’s not an NUFC-specific thing, it’s not even a football-specific thing, it’s just how society is.

Alright if that same 11 ends up having to go game after game, it’ll catch up with you. But you’ll get a couple of wins along the way.

I actually think Edwards is one of his biggest media supporters. He’s asking the questions he has recently (IMO) in order to try and give him a platform to shut down the noise. It probably hasn’t played out like that, so maybe misguided from Edwards, but he’s very much pro-Howe.

Really? That feels incredibly pessimistic. You probably need what, 7 or 8 more points from the remaining 39. You’ll get that no bother. I know it’s hard to see clearly when your team is in a bad run, especially when you seem to lose another player every game, but there’s very, very little chance of you going down. edit - obviously I hope you’re even more convinced of it come Tuesday night…
