Interesting way to spunk about 20 grand up the wall.

Bournemouth won’t be selling any centre-backs in January given their injuries.

Hooper’s the worst ref in the PL IMO. Although we’re as likely to benefit from his shitness as we are to suffer from it, so hey ho. And I think that Assistant VAR is the one who elbowed Robertson that time. -

There’ll be 26 days between the Liverpool game and this one. General consensus before Liverpool was that it was a waste of time turning up as we were going to be smashed and embarrassed. Now we’re going to Old Trafford and the consensus is as long as we play half decent we’ll win with ease. Funny how the mood changes. -
It was actually posted by the Athletic, but seems to have gone now, and the only original source does just look like a wind-up 🤷♂️

Cunha getting a five match ban for scrapping with that random bloke at Ipswich. Will miss our game next month.

One of the better, more rational, away fan videos I’ve seen: https://youtu.be/hGMXaeJhhZU?si=WUO1lW26Qk8tFoLy

Tbf he’s saved a pen from Salah…
-
There’s no question you’d rather have Pope trying to save shots than Dubravka. Is Trafford good enough to keep the shots out than Pope? Haven’t seen enough tbh.
-
Aye, when we’re dominating games it’s fine. When we find ourselves in a situation where it’s backs against the walls, that’s where we’ll miss Pope. Hopefully we don’t find out though!
-
The fact he’s been so good is really helpful in easing Botman back in. Obviously we all want Botman back, he’s a level above, but he absolutely does not need to be playing every game once he is ‘fit’.
-
Bit coincidental he ‘accidentally’ stamped on Schar just at the point he was up a height mind…
-
Just seen Dragusin went off injured for Spurs today. Queue a desperate Ange rushing Van der Ven back against us and his hamstring exploding after 15 mins of chasing Isak.
-
Indeed. And that is absolute shite refereeing.
-
Absolutely. VAR should have no influence on a referee’s initial decision. If you think it’s a red, give it, if you don’t, don’t. What the fuck’s he supposed to do? Ask VAR before he’s made a decision?

The kid has to be better than Danny Ward tbf
-
I think not, but I’ll respect that opinion more than that of someone that says he’s a crock.
-
You’re 100% right about first impressions. Take Calvert-Lewin. Barely missed a game for a season and a half, yet plenty on this board are convinced he’s as injury-prone as Wilson.
-
Not sure there’s been a really iconic moment this year. Some very good moments / goals though. Think Barnes at home to West Ham probably had the best feel about it for me. Special mention for Barnes away at Wolves and Isak against Liverpool. Sandro coming back from ban at Forest was also something I’ll remember.
-
He did the Forest game earlier in the season didn’t he? Their fans were right on his case because of previous stuff, but he seemed fine on the day.
-
Not really. ‘Gambling’ insinuates that you have some control over the outcome or at least the odds I’m getting. If I gamble on football, I can choose what odds I take for a particular bet. Even if I play the lottery, I can choose what numbers I pick. In this instance there is no choice. You are literally paying for the service of entering the ballot.
-
Arsenal second leg ballot now taking place the same time as the Fulham ballot.
-
Not really any benefit to Southampton for that though.
