  1. "Fab Four" Where has this shit come from? Fucking cringeworthy. Sky will be absolutely dying for Liverpool to rip us to shreds on Sunday so they can say "Fab Four" at every opportunity.
  2. Can he do everything absolutely perfectly? If he can't i'm not interested.
  3. Aye, f*** them! Fucking nonse-sympathising, pitch invading, pasty wrapper dropping, Fat Sam loving, Cattermole supporting, comfort blanket wearing, Newcastle obsessive, rascist, fickle, bullshitting w*****s deserve everything they get! ?
  4. Beautiful, just beautiful! ?
  5. This is absolutely fucking splendid!
  6. I've been a huge critic of his for years but you can't deny the role he played in our recent history. RIP Freddie
  7. Don't even know what I'm looking at here, apart from a load of moaning pricks - who the f*** is Westy? This is Westy. Kill it with fire before it breeds. That's him! Bet he fucking stinks.
  8. Redknapp is easily one of the worst pundits around. He's clearly just blagging his way through without doing any research. His Renato Sanches comments were embarassing aswell, probably just went off his dad telling him he's a "triffic player".
  9. When commentators try to be clever and say a foreign players name in a foreign accent. Like Cazorla in a Spanish accent or Gross in a German accent. Just say it the way the rest of us British knuckledraggers say it you bellends! Or if you insist on doing it, i want to see some consistency - Robert Snodgrass pronounced in a Scottish accent and Aaron Ramsey pronounced in a Welsh accent etc.
  10. A Shelvey/Merino combo is definitely worth a go but i don't think the Liverpool game would be a good time to try it. We need Hayden's energy and athleticism for that one as i could see Liverpool's midfielders running off Shelvey far too easily.
  11. I said in the match thread that i'd be happy to perservere with Perez at number 10, mainly because of the fact we don't have a better option. On the plus side though i feel like he is making some improvements - he seems to be getting smarter at finding pockets of space, his workrate has improved massively, and i've noticed quite a few occasions in the last few weeks where he's shown improved strength and determination. Unfortunately he hasn't been able to add an end product to these attributes, he either seems to take too long to make a decision or his final pass/shot is crap. Hopefully he'll get a couple of goals in the next few weeks which will boost his confidence and we might have a canny player on our hands. I know that sounds a bit optimistic but i really don't see Rafa changing much while we have such little options. The best thing we can do is get behind the lad.
  12. I thought we played ok and certainly created enough to get something out of the game. Joselu's miss and our failure to get on the end of a couple of decent balls into the box were crucial, but the way we came out after half time lost us the game i think. Elliott - Looked a bit dodgy on crosses but pulled off a brilliant save to keep us in the game at 1-0. Yedlin - Hit and miss. Not as much attacking threat as i would like but he's still finding his match sharpness i suppose, hoping he has it for Liverpool as we could tear them apart down that side if him and Ritchie click. Lascelles - Did ok but i think he gave away the FK for the goal? Clark - No major problems i can remember. Solid. Mbemba - Did well going forward in the 1st half but could've cost us a goal from a free kick or corner when he didn't attack it. Can't remember him doing much in the 2nd. Merino - Best player on the pitch and should've got MOTM. Hayden - Looked off the pace, i can see why people might want him dropped but i can't see Rafa doing it and i think we might miss his engine if he was. Ritchie - Poor by his recent standards. His set pieces were crap and he made the wrong decision quite a few times. Perez - I feel he's getting better in that position, there was a few occasions where he cleverly found a pocket of space in between the defence and midfield but at the moment his end product is nowhere near good enough. We might aswell perservere with him though since we don't really have another option bar Ritchie IMO. Atsu - Had an off day but had a couple of decent moments. Struggled to beat his man most of the time. Joselu - Not involved much and missed a decent chance. Frustrating game really. Can't stand that Knockaert or that c*** who stamped on Yedlin.
  13. Looking forward to seeing what MOTD make of the stamp after the way the runt Neville brother went on over Mitrovic. They've got no excuse not to mention it since we're the only game on and it was hardly brimming with incidents.
  14. Is that the fat tramp who gets out of breath from just talking? If it's the bloke i'm thinking of he's absolutely repulsive.
  15. It's only taken them about 8 years, but they've finally realised that Cattermole is absolute dogshit ? https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/cattermole-is-a-fecking-liability.1392657/
  16. Met him on the train at King's Cross in 2010 after we'd beaten Arsenal 1-0. I understand everyone has a bad day but he was pretty rude and clearly couldn't be arsed with us. It was a bit dissapointing TBH.
  17. Aye i've got to admit i've been surprised at how many goals Morata has scored. I've always seen him as a grafter with good feet who'll link play but not have that extra edge and amount of goals that Costa seems to have. Fair play to him though he's been brilliant so far, i'm interested to see if he can keep it up.
  18. Well when you put it like that.. no, still a rip off. Half of Everton went for £200m last year; maybe the £400m in itself isn't that bad an asking price. But surely any potential buyer would run as soon as they see the loan he'd instantly want paid back on top of it. And I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to add bullshit sponsorship and merchandise clauses that benefit no one but Sports Direct as a parting shot. Insufferable c***. That's exactly what he'll try and do, which is why it's likely no one will end up buying us. Any potential buyer will probably have their own companies or links to companies that will they want to advertise so there's no way they'd have Shit Direct clogging up all the prime advertising space.
  19. He meant they knew it would become permanent when he played, but that Brighton chose not to say that. ?
  20. "Here lads, you know that old pair of Nike Air Max i use for the gym? Well guess what, i'm selling them for £95 instead of £100!"
  21. Got no problem with that, Diame absolutely terrorised them last season ?
  22. Just watched Rafa's press conference and he said that Krul signed for Brighton permanently in the first place but they only just decided to announce it this week. So he's saying the club lied about it being a loan? Or did i get that wrong?
  23. Says a lot about our scouting that we needed the player himself to do the right thing and tell us he was a busted flush. Yeah it's laughable. You can imagine the conversation... Mac: "Hi Jose, fancy coming back to Newcastle?" Jose: "I dunno Steve, i'm pretty s**** these days and my knee is absolutely f***ed..." Mac: "Don't worry about that man, you can't be any worse than Dummett. Plus you signing might keep the fans off my back for a week. Name your wages and i'll ask the MD to sort it out for you. Please, please!" Jose: "No i really don't want to make a tit of myself, thanks for the offer though!" Mac: "Oh Christ! Dunno what i'm gona do now!? I have to go, must get the washing and ironing done before the wife gets back!"
