He's good, Cairney, but I'm not sure he's what we need to play beside Shelvey, too similar but just not as good. Different player altogether IMO, Cairney's got quicker feet and goes past people. They have differences but they're not different all together like. They're both central midfield playmakers and you can't have both playing that role when you have just 2 in the middle. Shelvey's the better player from deep. Only reason I could see us being back in for Cairney is if he was to play number 10 but I can't see it myself.

Fulham are easily the better team like, it's just whether they can hold off what will surely be an onslaught coming up.

The club was advised by Coloccini to bring Chucky in on loan so I understood it. Don't think we had previously scouted him at all, was just a low risk gamble. I think he's my favourite Newcastle player to never play a single minute for the club.

Quality, probably the best new kit I've seen for 18-19. Been largely disappointed with the designs but this is tasteful AF.
