Mitro's coming home.

same problem in the champo though, what about teams 4th down who still have a chance of playoff promotion? if you're going down that road there's no need for the playoff Would probably make more sense to have the two teams in the automatic promotion positions come up and nobody gets relegated meaning the league is extended by 2 teams next season. What about Villa who have a game in hand? Reread my comment, no teams relegated, 2 teams come up. League gets extended by 2 teams next season.

Aye, it's unreal how many times he's played the ball down the line straight into the opponents feet. He looks so poor.
-
That’s a delightful finish.

Great tackle by Bertrand tbf.

Almiron shocker? You watched Ritchie, Gayle & Rose? He’s having a shocker man ffs. Ritchie and Gayle shouldn’t even be in the team. Or are you trying to tell me he was ok that half? No, just strange to single out Almiron when there's 3 other players having significantly worse performances.
-
All he does is foul people and give the ball away. Willems >>>>>>>>>>>>>

Aye, wanted him on it like.
-
What I’d give to have Willems, Lazaro & Joelinton on for the English plodders Rose, Ritchie & Gayle.
-
Was f***ing praying Ritchie wouldn’t take that. Had 0 confidence when he stepped up. Gayle and Ritchie have no place in this team anymore. Ref has had a great game mind, every decision has been spot on. Their keeper too. Sensational.
-
Dwight fucking Gayle. Scores goals iirc.
-
Southampton are pressing with high intensity, and we’re struggling to pass quick enough to break the press. Hasn’t been a bad start though. Rose & Ritchie look like weak links for us. Shelvey & Saint-Maximin with some good early work however.
-
I was going to say, I'm not sure he's crossed the halfway line since he signed.

Miguel Almirón (now playing for Atlanta United)

:smitten: Unreal performance and some quality finishes. Was also robbed a clear chance of his hat trick. Wrongly flagged offside when he'd have been clean through. -

Back 4 won't work long term unless you upgrade the fullbacks and center midfield - 4 new players IMO. Aye, centre midfielders put unneccesary pressure on the defence too often. You need a Cabaye-Tiote-esque duo and we currently have nobody near their level. Fwiw, I think we should keep working with 4 at the back, at least more regularly. The front 4 showed great potential, and Schar was excellent despite constantly hearing he can't play in a 2. -

Saint-Maximin's first touch for the third goal is obscene. -

Saint-Maximin has been brilliant tonight.
